Plane crash. I asked my Dad and he gave me a look I can't describe and quickly said Plane also....Sharks would leave you limbless....
Being stuck in the bottom of a sink hole or being stuck between two rocks?(happened one time to a fat kid in a park near where I used to live. He was adventuring through one of the caves and got stuck between two rocks. They had to cut him out.)

okay thats it im going to hell I couldn't hold back a laugh at that poor fat kid... anyway stuck between two rocks atleast then when you tell the story your getting a few laughs.
