Ris looked up at Nich,"I don't get very many compliments, that's all," she told him. Her playfulness started coming back. She looked back at her twin and saw a girl introducing herself to him. She mentally giggled and turned back. "You don't know what room you're in? I thought you were just assigned one?" She asked him.
Chris looked at the girl, then at her hand. He reached out and shook it. "I'm Chris," he told her. "Do you know where the cafeteria is?" He asked, his stomach came first most of the time. Besides the fact that he was always eating, he stayed skinny, he had a high metabolism, something Ris wished she had.

Nich smiled dowqn at Ris. he made a mental note that he wasnt much taller than she was, but also that she was just tall enough to look femenine beside him.
"Well you ever heard of the alegory opf the cave? Allegory aside, right now i can hope im in a good room, but once i look at the key i will know what's true... then, as per socrates' theory, i can never un-learn it. Some people would associate this to fear, or comfort in being un-enlightened, especially Immanuel Kant, but i just dont care that much right now.
He knew his explanation was over the tope, and also completely pointless, but he liked philosophy, and David Hume would be proud.

Isamu was slightly surprised that Timathy would let him use his bank card, but he was sure that he wouldn't hand it to him if he wasn't sure. "Um...I don't know anyone here," he said.

"Oh, yeah, it's on the first floor, it should be around here somewhere." ((Possibly not true!! GM?)) She said, thinking back to her mental image of her trusted map. "Uh...do you want to go look for it together or something? I don't know if it's open or anything."

Xiang smiled, 'I'm taking Science, Mathematics, Art, Socail Studies, Band, Latin, Small Animal Care, so not really anything at the same time,' She giggled. She was a bit dissappointed but hoped that she'd meet new people, which was unusual
Timathy smiled, Lighting up another cigarette, and offering the box to Isamu. He didn't reply this time, but just stood by the window, watching Isamu draw.

Lynsie thought for a second. 'It depends what I get, but I can cook pretty much anything. My diet used to consist of insects...' She blushed a bit, 'But I can make 'normal' stuff too, I'm a pretty good cook... as far as I know...' She laughed, taking a sketch pad from the closet and sitting on the bed to draw.

"Hey, I'm sure you'll meet lots of new people. Everyone here is new, and very few of us know other students. I'm sure everyone is looking forward to meeting new people," Akemi said.

Mai giggled, "Ah well, they're are probably fire alarms in here if either of us try cooking then." she joked. Noticing Lynsie settle down to sketch, Mai glanced out of the nearby window again as the afternoon sun filtered through and saw the grass stretch out below the dorm windows. She got up from her bed. "I think I'm going to sit out in the grounds for a bit with my book, it seems shame not to on such a nice day."

Nich looked at Ris again, and thought of how young all these people were. Not to mention how inquisitive he was.
"Ya... thats ancient greek philosophy for ya. In a nutshell, id rather not know what room i was in until i have to. Yuou'llprobably read allegory of the cave sometime when your here. It's a big deal."
Nich held the door for Ris as they crossed out of the crowded administrative building onto the lawn.

Lynsie looked out of the window for a second. 'Oh, I think it's far to hot here,' She started to raise, 'I really don't want to go outside, but your welcome to, I'm going to take a walk around the dorms, you know, so I don't have to test my key in every door next time I want to get in her.' She giggled, standing up slowly, sketchpad still in hand, scribbling on the paper.
Xiang thought for a moment. 'What if the people don't like me though?' She asked, 'I want to meet them, but they probably don't want to know someone like me... what do I do?'
Timathy looked at the clock. 'I wonder what time we're allowed out untill, think they got a limit?'

Mai chuckled in reply, "Hopefully neither of us will get lost finding room one." And hopefully I will actually be able to find the dorms themselves. she added silently. "Ah well, see you later."
Exiting the dorm room, Mai followed the hallway to the stairs she had climbed earlier and began her descent. Taking a few turns, she soon saw a door and, upon stepping outside, was relieved to find that she was in fact to the side of the building that could be seen from the dorm windows. She walked forward onto the grass a little way before stopping and sitting under the trees she had noticed earlier and removing her book from her bag. Glancing up at the windows, Mai tried to figure out which her's and Lynsie's dorm was, but then didn't really spend much time doing so as the first window was the obvious choice.

Timathy laid down on the bed. Closing his eyes he said to Isamu, 'I should be getting to sleep, big day tommorow, first day after all.' He rolled over to facing the window.
Lynsie smiled, slightly embarressed that she had got lost trying to find the room. She started walking arond the halls, slowly, repeating every door number as she went. She was thinking about what if there was someone in the school she knew, and if there was, would she recognise them. Although her memory was perfect, she couldn't recongnise anyone before she was twelve, so when her memory became so good, it was hard to remember the people before.
