1st chair trumpet of 17 during concert season, horn-line captain and trumpet section leader of who knows how many during marching season.

we don't have chairs. my band director actually just said today why we don't. he thinks it's degrating. I play flute though. and I get whatever part he gives me

I love band!For marching I'm a clarinet player though.
and If i do say so myself I'm a hot oboe/clarinet player XD lolz

I'm, uh...
3rd out of 17 for concert band.
3rd out of 5 for jazz band.
3rd out of 3 for full orchestra.
1st out of 2 for pit orchestra
1st and only trumpet out of the 5-horn show band.

3rd Chair in symphonic band, 1st in Chamber and Symphony orchestras (violin), and 1st chair in Women's and Chamber Chorus (Adv. ladies is better then Women's, but I switched schools so I couldn't audition for it last year.), 1st clarinet and 1st alto sax in my jazz group.

Alrighty, I'm 1st chair clarinet in our Wind Ensemble out of 6 and 1st chair in full band out of 14 and I've been playing for 3 years compaired to the 2nd chair who's been playing for 5 years, but we're pretty much neck and neck. :]
