Most people think I'm Chinese because of my eyes, but I'm really Hmong.
But there was this one time when this guy thought I was like Korean or something..

People continually ask me if I am Native American (going into specific tribes), lots of Chinese questions, Hawaiian, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean...and I've also just gotten a lot of WHAT ARE YOU?
I'm Half-Japanese, so I suppose I understand, but it gets a little old having to explain this to classmates every year. (Apparently they had a portion of their brain removed because most forget and start in with the Are you...? questions. :/ )

It's really quite sad when even your classmates forget what ethnicity(-ies) you are.
One of my close friends from middle school (am senior now) thought I was Korean until 10th grade. confused Been mistaken for being Korean of several occasaions, actually. And then in Vegas, one of the vendors asked if I was Filipino. =w=
I'm Viet. D; My mother said I could pass for a Korean.
But Filipinos and Koreans are almost on opposite sides of the spectrum ._.

Besides being mistaken for other race such as Hawaiian, Hispanic, and Filipino, some have mistaken me for the other gender. I even have clear evidence of what sex I am gonk

People think I'm Chinese, though I am Filipino and Japanese :l
And other times people think I'm my sister. Yes, we're a year apart, but she's like 3 inches shorter than me and she wears glasses. razz
