::excited as Neon is from the meeting of a new friend and more so to celebrate it with cake::Eliza offers the plate again nearly misty eyed in how well it's going::sure - by all means - please enjoy some!
::laughs almost wanting to pet Neon as her jumping and puppy dog eyes have made her feel as happy as the preperations for the dance::whispers to Neon::hey - ask him to your party!
::nibbles on a piece of kiwi::then ya'll can go together - when is it by the way?
