Joker simply grinned; he'd heard this story while he was in Spider-Man's world, but he didn't care, it was a story that he knew he'd never get tired of.

"Personally I'm getting tired of all the loonies we got in our own universe...Don't think I could stand more of them...I want to hear scale skin's story; he seemed to be going somewhere with the rock throwing."
Doomsday always liked throwing things at Superman, though that never worked since the only way to really hurt Superman was to punch him square in the face, but throwing stuff was usually pretty fun. Doomsday didn't know who the reptile guy was, though he seemed like the regular brute type, like that gorilla with Kryptonite laser eye beams, though that guy was a far more ridicules concept; who would give laser beams to a gorilla?

Gossamer's smile became a bit devious again once Blackstone had finished his story. Oh, yes. She had a nice little conversation that she could bring up the next time she had the bug trapped. And this time she'd make sure that there would be no interfearance, seeing as what happened the last time the Spider was angry. She turned to the newcomer a moment, her interest sparked a bit again at the mention of the Web Head. So he was from around her neck of the woods? Come to think of it...he did look a little familiar, as if she'd seen him somewhere.

Joker looked at the goblin expectantly. "Well, go on!"

Pixie raised an eyebrow at Goblin's story. She'd heard about the Spiderman guy before and she leaned forward expectantly to hear the rest of the story. "Yeah! Continue!" She urged smiling.

"Certainly," the Goblin said, "I was simply deciding how to explain the next bit. You see, I honestly cannot remember how I found out that the lovely Miss Stacy was involved with our favorite web-slinger. Weirdest thing." He paused, frowning for a moment, then grinned. "I suppose it doesn't matter. The point is, I invited the girl to a lovely party on top of the Brooklyn bridge, and she graciously accepted." The grin widened. "Of course, within ten minutes, Spider-man showed up to save his lady-love. After a couple minutes of fighting, I got bored and tossed her off the bridge." He shrugged. "I have a short attention span, so sue me. Spidey frantically sent a webline down after her, and, miracle of miracles, he caught her. One can hardly imagine his relief. However, when he pulled her up, she didn't seem to be breathing... And her neck seemed to be at a bit of an odd angle." The Goblin dissolved into a demented fit of hysterical giggles. "It turned out that he had killed her with that webline of his; it stopped her fall so abruptly that her neck broke. I mean, you just can't plan something that perfect; the universe has to love you for something like that to happen. His reaction was priceless! Since then," he continued, "I've gotten him closer to death then I did that day, much closer, but I've never gotten closer to making him lose his mind, losing everything that makes him him."

Pixie smirked "You must have had fate on your side that day. You suceeded in killing spidey's main sqeeze plus almost had him snap. I'd kill for that opportunity. Bratgirl is always outsmarting me... but once I almost had her..." She sighed recalling the fateful day.

Joker liked the goblin man... Green Goblin, if he remembered from his time in Spider-Man's Universe properly. It was brilliant, but it had a little too much chance in it for his taste. Oh, well, it was still a good story. As for Doomsday's remark, he could tell that Croc was about to talk, so he whispered into Gossamer's ear, "Batsy dodged the rock, and threw a Bat-bola, tying up his feet and sending him to the ground. The bola then fired off an electrical charge, knocking him unconscious."
Killer Croc looked pleased that Doomsday wanted to hear more about his story. Just goes to show Joker, he IS on the same level as him. "Well, Batman dodged the rock, and threw a Bat-bola, a long string that's made of something that I can't break easily under normal circumstances. They tied up my legs and I crashed into the ground. Almost immediately after that, the bola sent an electrical shock though me, strong enough for me to pass out."
Joker simply looked at Gossamer, wearing a look that screamed, 'It hurts to be right sometimes...' Then, the Harlequin of Hate turned back to Green Goblin, and said, "Goblin, I must say, that'll be a tough one to top. In fact, that only leaves me a few choices. But, I must give the floor to Pixie before I even THINK about telling MY story..."

"Oh you're too kind." Pixie said with a smirk. "Now Bat-Brat has been trying to pick a fight with me since I came to Gotham. Well one day she ticked me off pretty bad by neutrallizing my powers. I barely got away but while I hid, I thought of ways I could get back at her. So I remembered she was friends with this broad from the teen titans, Arnie, Artie, Argie, something weird like that... Oh wait. Argent. So anyways this Argent gal is wandering alone in Gotham at like, three in the morning and I happen upon her. Poor kid had no idea what was happening until I took full control of her mind. Later in the day I comepletely changed Argent's appearance causing Brat-girl to get suspicious. So the big butted bat spawn shows up at this old warehouse where I set up a base. We duke it out and I got into her head and almost had brat-girl walking into a woodchopper! She was inches away! But I lost my concentration and, Argent-" She spat the name out in disgust, "Comes to and pushes me to the side saving her friend. I got pissed, sent large machines flying at the duo, but Argent used some stupid power she had and Bratgirl used those dang bolas and tied me up." She frowned, "I had to do six months in Arkham for attempted murder! So I killed the scurity guards- well actually they killed themselves- and broke out and here I am now." She smirked with accomplishment.

Joker smirked, and nodded a little at Pixie. "Well, I must say that the Bat-Gang doesn't face magic users enough anyways, so I say keep at, Pixie!" He looked around the table. "Anyone not tell a story, yet?"

Ivy pouted. "I don't see why you always get to go last," she said, obviously annoyed. The Goblin's tale had been better than she'd expected; just like the Joker, she now only had a few stories to choose from.

Joker looked at Ivy and said, "Because it's always my idea in the first place, Pammy! I guess that you haven't gone yet, then..."

Ivy smiled in spite of herself; this girl was sort of adorable, in a completely psychotic kind of way. Then again, none of them were exactly stable. "Oh, alright," she said, crossing her legs, "Let me see... Ah, yes. This one happened just a little while ago... Last... May, I think it was. Anyway, it was one of those awful, boiling hot summers that sometimes happens in Gotham. Everything was wilting, dying, but nobody was doing anything about it!" Her eyes narrowed with old fury. "People were even forbidden from watering their lawns because of the drought."

Joker smiled maniacally; he remembered that summer vividly. It had been a good summer. Plenty of murder to go around. Besides, it was shaping up to be better than that story she told last time they exchanged them.
