Blaisixi Errm... I don't have time to reread this whole thread right now ... What's goign on with this? Anything, still? It's a neat idea!! Quick summary. Every avatar can have a house for free. Go to Aekea Housing Commission and pick which style you want. You can look at other members' houses in the important links thread or in the housing arena to see the slight differences (or wander around towns to see the outsides.) Right now there are two purkle neighborhoods, shown on the first page. Eventually we'll get others together, but the way it has to be done is that one person pays 1000g to reserve a lot, and then any 5 people on their friends list can buy a town permit (or maybe it's free?) and go place their house on that lot within 24 hours, otherwise the spaces are open to anybody. So we're trying to plan who wants to be with who, and when. Wickeds will probably be in neighborhoods together. You don't get to pick where you neighborhood will be, so we can't get 2 adjoining ones. I personally was wanting to wait and see if they opened up more areas other than Barton, like a house in Durem or Gambino, but it's been forever and they haven't, plus now I don't even know how often neighborhoods become available to reserve. Often times it's full.

ok. I'm in... I guess the next step is figuring out who else is ready to do this at the same time, then, and trying to reserve the block! Thanks for the info fawN!

I think I will just stick with one house.....how much does it cost to build one anyways?

punkiebean I think I will just stick with one house.....how much does it cost to build one anyways? You're only allowed one house, and it's free to get. The only costs are for buying furniture, or expanding its size on the inside (20k gold to double the size. So far only one expansion is allowed.)

I just noticed some kind of glitch in towns where no matter what neighborhood you try to go to, you wind up back at the train station. So I can't do anything in towns right now, although yesterday it was working fine..

Ok, I updated the post and just lumped all the wickeds together (minus plum's name) and the sweets together, and which wicked/sweet winds up with which doesn't really matter I guess. Also, for the rest of the members, I put newer members into some neighborhoods, but if you want to switch or be in a different neighborhood, post here or let me know.
I tried to reserve a neighborhood but got "Josie: There are no free neighborhoods to reserve. Sorry about that." There seem to be quite a few vacant slots in other people's neighborhoods though, and it tells you how many vacancies are where. If some mules are wanting to be placed wherever, and don't wind up in a purkle reserved neighborhood, just let us know your address and I'll put it here!
