Annan smiled as he saw Coalan struggling, he did not want a bath any more than Alaxandara had. Annan held Alaxandara down for a second and then let her back to let her think that she had outsmarted him. Then he played dead when she pounced onto his back, and stayed there until she wandered over to her mom. Then he pinned her quickly and smiled when she started laughing.

Aponi finished Coalans bath and let him go off probably only to get dirty and need another bath shortly. She chuckled as the little kits wobbly legs took him back to his father. Turning her attention to her daughter it warmed her heart to see her playing like a normal kit, like nothing was wrong.

Annan smiled over at Aponi, pinning Coalan and Alaxandara before convincing them to play with each other and going to sit next to Aponi. "They are growing too fast," he said, smiling at her wistfully. However, he could not believe how happy he was, even with his kits growing so quickly. "Why, Coalan has already made a friend away from the den, some kit named Lynnea. She came by while you were sleeping, wondering if he could play. Of course, he was still asleep too, but I was just shocked."

"Yes Alaxandara made a friend from the same litter his name is Belano." Aponi was amazed at their fast growth and her daughters ability to make that young fox understand her. Aponi snuggled up against Annan and sighed "I can't beleive we where this young once" she said contentedly watching her kits.

"It seems longer ago than it probably was. Things were so much simpler when we were small, but I would not go back for anything," he said, smiling over at her. "Besides, if I went back, I would have to wait to meet you again," he said, looking horrified at the idea. He was not near patient enough to have to wait to know her now that he already knew and loved her.

"Yes, but when you are the parent they grow up soo fast" she gushed happy and content but kind of sad that they will be functional fox's in society, I think Alaxandara will be able to live alone is she chose to" she said proud that she had so far been raising her daughter pretty good but sad that they where growing up to fast for her. Turning to Annan "I couldn't take that either" she said nuzzling up to his shoulder.

He smiled, moving up against her to relax quite a bit. He really loved his mate, and he would never want to be without her. He would really miss his kits when they grew up and moved away, but he was glad they were growing up so well. Plus, they could always have more kits, provided Aponi decided she wanted more.

Feeling Annan's fur against hers she smiled and sighed again just soo content that her dreams where coming through. The world valued Aponi's unmatched healing skills but not the fox herself so she never was truly happy even though she loved her work. She knew Annan loved her and she loved him and she was just so happy words couldn't express it.

He layed down, motioning for her to lay beside him and watched his two kits playing. He loved watching them play because it made him think of all the good things that Aponi brought into his life. He was so happy, and he never wanted his life to change. Aponi made him happy all on her own, but his two beautiful kits made life even better.

She laid down by her mate and leaned against his shoulder contentedly watching the kits at play. Alaxandara was facing Coalan ready to pounce and watching him closely. Since she had been deaf her sight and smell was greatly enhanced and she had great eyesight and could see when he was going to strike by the subtle movements of his muscle moving under his skin.

Coalan laughed as Alaxandara pounced on him and then walked over to his parents, grinning widely. He layed down beside his father, tired again and wanting to take a nap. Annan looked over at Aponi and smiled at her, amused by watching his beloved children.

Aponi laughed along with he watching Coalan go over and snuggle next to his dad. Alaxandara on the other hand went straight for the exit of the den. Aponi got up and blocked her way so she couldn't get out. She tapped her shoulder and shook hr head to tell her daughter 'no not today'. Alaxandara cocked her head to one side in her way of asking 'why?'

"Wow, I cannot believe how beautifully our kits are growing." He was not sure where the wings on Coalans back came from, but he absolutely loved them. Alaxandara was growing so well too, and he was so proud. He was not sure why Aponi did not want to let Alaxandara outside, but he respected her choice.

"I can't believe it either" she was so happy her kits where finally at teen size. She looked at Alaxandara and nuzzled her to the center, Aponi intended on teaching her kits a little on her art of healing. She had been waiting for them to become teens and she saw the curiosity on her mates face. "I am going to teach them how to decide what herbs to use for a cough compared to the sniffles" she said to her mate.

He smiled, and nodded. "Why don't you go gather herbs then, I can handle these two for a while." he said, gesturing at the two teens. He smiled at them and said, "Coalan, tell Alaxandara that we are going down to the stream with me, lets all go swimming." He waited to see if Aponi was coming with them or going to get herbs and then followed the kits down to the water's edge. Coalan signed to Alax the plan and walked with her down to the water's edge, and then stopped to wait for their dad.
