Fai looked first at Sunny, then at Kazuyo, but then she slowly walked up to the lady and held out her paw. She had to take a few deep breaths so that she would not be afraid, but she looked over at Sunny, his presence was very reassuring to her. She knew, although she was not sure why, that he would not tell her that this lady was safe if she was not. She then, feeling a little safer, looked up at Kazuyo and waited for her to do whatever it was she planned to do to help Fai's paw. Fai had never been keen on getting help when she got hurt, so she was not used to being treated.

Sunny smiled at her again as he watched Kazuyo examine the paw. The lady then stood and grabbed a pair of tweezers, then taking Failinis's paw, she extracted the part of the needle that was still embedded in the foxes paw. She then grabbed some gauze and wrapped the paw, saying, "There you go. That should be better." Kazuyo smiled as she watched Sunny walk back over to the female fox as she headed back to her job. Sunny looked at Fai worriedly. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I am okay. I guess I did not get the entire needle out, that must be why it kept hurting. Your right though, Kazuyo seems very sweet. It was good that she was here. Thank you," she said, smiling at Sunny gratefully. Then, as she walked out of the infirmary with him at her side, she looked over at him and smiled again. "So what all can we go and see on this floor," she asked, waiting eagarly for his response. She was really enjoying touring the house with him.

Sunny just smiled. "Well there are the kitchens, the library, the parlors, the observatory, um... let me think, actually I am not completely sure what is on this floor. Guess it will be an experience for both of us. Which way or part do you want to see first?" he asked, stopping so as to give her some time to think.

"There is a library?" she asked, suddenly excited. "I love to read, can we go see that? Is it big? How many books are there? What kind of genres? Is it only books?" All of a sudden Fai was excited and extremely cheerful again, and her tail was twitching with excitement. She noticed that she was too hyper, so she calmed down a little, but she was still extremely happy to hear that her new home had a library.

Vergil was a bit confused by her closeness, but inched back a bit. "Well sure. I wouldn't mind." He took off his toilet paper before making a running dash to the pool and doing a dive bomb into it.

Sunny laughed. "Yes, it is a large library with many books, genres, and much more. You will get along with Hon. She loves to read and lived for books until Star came into her life. He came about the same time I did. She may be there in the library if she is not with Flame or Star." Sunny said as he headed off in the direction of the library at a easy to match pace for her injured paw.
Pumpkin wondered why he moved away from her. But she let the notion drop as he shook himself of his wrappings and went splashing into the water. Some of the water came far enough to hit her and she shook herself off as she delicately dived into the water, barely making a ripple as she swam over to where he was and smiled. She flicked her tail and water flew up and hit him in the face.

Fai noticed he was walking slow for her, and he could not help but to smile that he cared. She was wrapped up in her thoughts of books, and tripped and fell in the process. "Oops," she said, as she stood and started to walk again, laughing at herself as she did. "I am such a klutz sometimes," she told him as she continued to walk down the hallway with him.

Sunny smiled. "Do not worry about it. How about we take a break in the library and you can pick out a good book to read and rest for a while." He pushed open the library door with a smile as he allowed her to pass in front of him to get a glimpse at the vast library. "As I said, this library has everything you can look for." He walked over to a large computer screen and pressed his paw against it. "It is a touch screen so that the pets can browse and find where certain or specific things are located so that they do not have to spend a week looking for what they want."

Vergil smirked one of his mean looking grins and went under the water tugging her down with him in a playful manner. He eventually let go of her since he didn't want to hurt her. "How about that?"

Pumpkin came up gasping for breath and gave him a mock glare though she was not really mad at him. She dived under the water and swam behind him. She came up and laughed herself around his back, wrapping her paws around him to keep herself attached. "Why hello," she said with a smile as she peered around his neck and looked at his face.

Vergil was a bit surprised by her sudden appearance and dove under the water before spiraling upwards looking at her face to face. "You're definitely a one of a kind fox."

Fai looked around the library. Then, she started browsing through the books in awe. She finally picked out a book called the WolfSpeaker by Tamora Pierce, and went to find it based on what the screen told her. After she grabbed the book she walked back over to him, and smiled. "Thanks," she balanced the book on her back, and then asked, "Where to now?" She looked excited and eager, having almost forgotten about her paw.

Pumpkin blinked as he maneuvered around her. "You are a lot faster than I thought." She began to laugh and swam away from him quickly. "Can you catch me, do you think?" she said as she came over to him and began swimming quick circles around him. "Come on, come and try to catch me?" she said as she swam out of his reach.
Sunny laughed and found an area of beanbags. He grabbed a nearby book and settled down into it. "Get comfortable and read a book," he said patting the bean bag next to him with his paw. "You cannot tell me that you do not want to read that book that you just picked up. Besides, I think it wise if you get some rest and let your paw have some ease for a while."

"I did want to read it, but I wanted to keep touring with you too. I do not really know which I want to do more. Will you stay here with me and read?" she asked, curious if he would. As she waited for her response, she opened the book and braced her paw on it. Then, she looked over at him, and just relaxed as she waited for him to answer her. She hoped he would stay, or if he had to leave, if he would continue their tour another day.
