Harker Looked to liz.
"Oh hell no..."
He raised his rifle on liz.
"Ma'am, till we can be shuer that you are in no way a thret I have to im-pose Chapter 3 section 9 of the UNSC rules of engagement. if any one in comand becomes compermised they must serender all comand till found fit for comand once again. Pleas drop your wepones and comply."
to be frank Harker was a little scared of what could happen next. was liz now one of the flood and if so what did this mean.
"We can try to get you help but Im shuer you can see why we can no-longer have you in comand. Johnson your the ranking marine your now incomand till we find an officer."

Liz stood up and cracked her neck. "I'm fine Harker. I'm absolutely fine." She said, then sighed. "I'm not one of the Flood, but I'm no longer human. I'm a hybrid. And you will not take my weapons away from me." Liz looked at Harker, the same look in her eyes that she had before the Flood attacked her. She concentrated all of her strength to try and reverse the effects, and she noticed some immediate results, her left arm had lost the webbing and everything else, but otherwise, her eyes and voice still had some eerie quality to them. "What's more is that I can control this ability." She said, then held up her hand for Harker to see.
(I meant it to be her left arm, not her right. I forgot that her right arm was destroyed by a Hunter's blast and then replaced with a mechanical limb.)

Harker didn't know what had happend but he knew that it was the UNSC protect earth and all UNSC worlds, any compermise is un-exceptable.
"you can have them back once we are shuer you are not a thret to earth.

Liz looked at Harker. "And, also for the protection of the Earth, technically, I don't exist. None of the Spartans do, so, I am outside the jurisdiction of conventional rules. Got it soldier!" Liz commanded. "There is nothing that you can do to counteract that command. Nothing you can do. You try and take my weapons by force, that's insubordination. And like I said before. I am fine. I can feel every gene in my body. There is nothing I can do to spread theinfection of my body to other living beings. Trust me, I know this." Liz said.

(actualy that is reasonable to understand it was a program designed to creat a breed of super soldier. only unsc personel knew about it the govenment didnt even know about if i have my book correct... sorry just been awhile sence i read the books.)

Harker was dead serious He lifted his left hand in a fist and 4 outher Marines Lifted there Guns.
"This is not insubordination, if you don't exist I cant get charged. nor would any one here. you are only thinking about your self not the good of the the UNSC or its people. till we know the exstent of your infection you can NOT comand."
(Spartans still have to fallow the rules of the UNSC in the books though. like in the game shoot to meany marines and all unsc forces try to take you out. liz is a risk, because of this ONI would have her sent to be tested. spartan or not. it happens to Johnson in first strike.)

"I hate to say it but you can get charged either way. either way we are over our heads. Im take the route that dosen't end in the death penelty."
Harker gave a few hand signales and 2 of the marines lowerd their Rifles.
"Liz your right I can't make you give me your guns. But now I have little choise. My squad and my self will have to go and do our mission. ONI has a lost office we need to find. Gear up boys we move." Harker jumped in his Hog and the 2 marines joined him the outher 2 went and got in anouther wart-hog.
"spartan or not you should check your pride. ONI Might ask me to kill you and I would have too you know."
The 2 wart-hogs drove off in the direction that the ONI's Nav com pointed.

Harker Raced off tordes the signal on his Nav map.
"Ummm so why did you let her live? ONI will have your hide."Misra was sitting on the holo-pad and harker drumed on the weel.
"Same reson I didn't tell any one we worked togetter before. no one is to know our mission. right boys?"
"Who-raa!"said the marine siting shot-gun
"We find Archer and he will tell us what to do."

Liz was seething. "Myself? Every day, I fight through battles that you five would be lucky to live through two minutes through. I've survived plasma bombardments, nuclear explosions, and more. If I was thinking about myself, I would've went AWOL when this war started! Do not assume that you know anything about me, because you do not." She said, her eyes changing back to a bright yellow and the appendages on her left arm returned and expanded. "Do not think you know anything about us Spartans!" She sain, then turned and jumped down the hill, making a massive 700 ft jump and landed then she started to run, faster than any other Spartan could hope to run. She jumped again and landed next to her Vette. "If you want me, I'll be scouring the base for any more Flood." She said over her comm system. She then got into her Vette and shot it toward the entrance, leaving behind two skid marks where her rear tires spun until they caught hold of something.

Misra made an odd face.
"I am picking up isolated signals form the lis she is ticked at you."Harker grinned a little."I have that effect on people don't I?"
"Yeah but you tend to get the job done. Archers life pod went down 20 km west of here, or what I belive west is baseing the planet we are revolving around as north. Im not shuer I under stand all this im haveing feelings."
"well you 5 years old, so feelings are normal for you. thats why I requested you on this mission. I know your ticks." misra nodded a little.
"don't worry Im not letting some jerk-wad with an ax to grind destroy a good soldiers carer." Harker slapped the marine next to him on the arm.
"Look out for not so friendly fire more of this flood must be around."

"well liz you do have a good piont there because most if not all the sparten program people have there information classifyed. Liz wene you got mad your appendeges went from normal to the flood looking one. when you get the chance take a look and find out for your self." he says over the comm as he walks down the hall way another 10 kilometers.

(ONI wasn't here, this is Omega Halo, revolving around the Io, a moon of Jupiter's. Nothing living has even been here for 100,000 years, so how could they have lost an office here?)
"Yes, I know." Liz said, trying to regain control over her anger. Suddenly an overwhelming voice entered her thoughts.
"You are not one of us, yet you carry the same blood. How is this possible?" It asked.
Liz slammed on the brakes, the Vette coming to a halt almost immediately. She looked up and around, but, seeing no one, she shook herself, trying to clear her senses.
"Answer me! How is this possible?!" It asked again.
"I don't know. The Flood took over me for a few seconds, but I regained control of my body and destroyed it." Liz responded, unsure what she was talking to.
