Shuriken99 I have a theory.
He replied to a PM with a link o a TV showing static and that same link brought us, and apparently many other people, to an empty profile.
He also seems to only post and respond in a readable or decodable way to General Tso and Zi. Mostly to Zi though.
Theory 1: He's not acting of his own accord.
Theory 2: He's there, and fighting, but losing the battle and he knows it.
Theory 3: "They", there's more than 1 person doing this.
Theory 4: He tells us to be wary, "they" know of our activities.
Theory 5:...there's a worm amongst us...Say what you like, but something seems off about this entire thing to me. "They" seem to know too much and the fact that something's happened to the Dr.?
What we really need to know is what "Project 664" is, and what's happened to the Dr. during the time between when he resigned as head of S13 and his first post regarding Project 664. These are all excellent theories. They could know of our activites pretty easily. We are viewable to the public, I thought.

Magnesium Dioxide He could have been let in awhile ago and never posted until now. I can't say how many people we've let in, so it's possible he wiggled his way in here during one of our mass acceptances.
Plus, the two-agreeing thing is fairly recent. It wasn't always a part of the way we accepted people.
Maybe one of us sent him a guild invite since it is Dr. PH34R. He was quite respected by many of us.
Well, I assumed they were talking about having accepted him a short while ago sweatdrop

God damn, where's this guy from? His ability to use so many codes, and possibly be combining them, is unnatural...
He had these things planned for a very long time I'm guessing. Maybe as a fail-safe? How he's popping these codes out every single time we figure one out is inhuman.
On top of this, anyone notice how he manages to get his posts on with only 1-2 people, max, finding it and reporting it?
He's combining codes Zi, and possibly using extremely old codes, Base 32 and others, while doing so.
...This is fun. The good Dr. is putting us on a cat and mouse chase and I'm enjoying it...

Yeah. I posted something about that a few pages back in the other thread. For example, if someone wanted to double code the word "hi" in binary and rot13, it would go from hi -> uv ->10101 10110. So in order to correctly get it, you'd have to use two codes. Now, as I also stated earlier, you can go farther than that. I used to teas my friends by doing 5 layers of codes. If I wer to continue coding the word "hi" with three more layers, it would make it that much harder. For this example, I'll use an invert as layer three, so 10101 10110 becomes 01010 01001. Now, I'll add a word swap to give it a fourth layer, so it becomes 01001 01010. Finally, for the fifth layer, I'll add one of my own forms of coding, something I call the splitter. With this, 01001 01010 becomes )([])()([] )([])([]().
So, finally, or simple word "hi"
becomes ")([])()([] )([])([]()". Get it? On an unrelated note, no wonder my friends hated me...

Also, keep in mind that all this was done in english, and that it could have been done in another launguage if I wanted to add another layer. Additionally, there's at least two other codes I could have put in, so, technically, this could have been an 8 layer code, just for the word hi. Being able to code and decode is no easy rask, but its fun as hell if you can do it...I'm thinking of posting a challenge thread with something using at least 5-8 layers, but not unless I get a decent amount of interest. If anyone's interested, pm me, and I'll give you a sample challenge. Be warned; the more responses I get, the harder the code will be, and the more layers it will take up. I figure this will be good practice for decoding dr. Ph3ar's stuff.

Most of these are pretty easy, old or no. Binary was recognized by nearly everyone on sight, but then suddenly he jumps at us with older, heavily laden unrecognized codes... Who do we know who actually knows these codes, who is our usual decoder?...
I have finally read both of the threads on Docta PH34R and I am researching every decoder I can possibly think of...

Unfortunately, I don't think we have an "official" decoder.
I'm doing research, but so far the best assumption is that he's using multiple codes.
