Im super sick of this. Does anyone realize how long we took to get 4th job when KMS had had it for a long time. Over a year at least. What the hell makes people think we are getting pirate yet?
We wont get pirate for a long time. Only KMS has pirate at the moment. I believe JMS, CMS, and TaiwanMS are going to get Pirate at the same time within a patch or two. I mean to even be CLOSE to getting Pirate the Henesys map, one of the ones between hen and Ellinia, would need to get a big Construction site on the far end. JMS has this now. Basically a teaser at where Nautilus Port will go. So yes pirate job is a HUGE stretch. Pretty sure we won't see 4th job and pirate within the same year.
NOW THAT THAT IS SAID. Also Tespia content seems to come out in 2 patches. According to threads on Sleepywood. This patch will probably be UI upgrades, taking out the anniversary monsters and drops, and what appears to be a ton of 4th job skill fixes. Don't think we will get Ariant yet. Though its very possible we might. But if they released everything currently in Tespia, plus all the glitch fixes, taking out all the cakes and fake bosses, I'd think the patch would be a lot longer.
I've also heard that Beginner skills cooldowns are going to be reduced a lot plus MP costs for beginners and a whole bunch of little stuff like that. PIXIE DID YOU HEAR THAT, WE WILL HAVE JMS TYPE NIMBLE FEET WHICH IS SUPER SEXY.
But I could be completely wrong. We could get everything in tespia followed by a million SCs. We won't get Pirate though, thats for sure. THOUGH ON POSSIBLE PIRATE NEWS apparently the Data for pirates is in/will be in a patch soon. That means nothing except for the data will be there. For a comparison: EMS has Leafre data I believe and EMS doesn't even have 3rd job yet. So just because the data is there it means nothing.
AGAIN I COULD BE WRONG ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WE COULD GET A 5TH JOB AND A HIGHER LEVEL CAP FOR ALL I KNOW THIS PATCH. Thats about how reliable my sources are. I'm basing this all off of what I read and a little common sense.
Oh and I will be so pissed if the patch was today and not just a REALLY delayed maintenance check. I was going to spend today getting Cream Cupcakes. ;-;
Right as I was typing this Maple came back up. HELLO 80 HERE I COME.

MonJ Redux @ Toastie: Well, I use a labtop right now, so I can help here. All labtops are different, whether slightly or greatly, [But you already knew that! smile ] but the general idea remains. [PS: I think I'm not using a gaming labtop, so you might be able to get games like Audition on your computer. If so, Mapletory WILL work at full capacity, though mine works just fine. biggrin ] Pros: -Works the same as it would on a regular computer. [Pending on computer type] -Portable. Don't know if this is a pro for anyone. -Pretty much works the same as if you were using any old computer...EXCEPT... Cons: -The battery charge system. If you forget to keep your computer charged, you might log out of MS and...well, you get the idea.[Happens to me when I forget to charge. xd ] -Internet access. [Unless you have internet access already. cool ] -Download time. If you're downloading MS, it might take a while. However, if you have a fast connection that allows at least 300kb/sec, then no worries. [I had to wait 4 hours b/c my labtop only downloads at 80kb/sec on average. 80kb/sec=At least 4 hours. 80 x 3 = 240. WorstCaseScenario is about 200, so you have to wait AT MOST 2 hours, which is standard for regular computers. My cousin downloaded it too on his regular computer in about 30 to 90 minutes tops.] -A little configurating if your computer doesn't allow MS tor un on your computer OR you just don't know what to do if a certain message pops up, mess with it, mess with the files for MS, and mess everything up all together. In this case, get help. [Unless you're a computer whiz, then it's no problem. cool ] ...I say go for it. *Shrugs* It won't break your computer or anything [Well, it hasn't for me yet. whee ] but the frustration of getting it might make you demoralized. Now time for me to take a good, long shower. xd EDIT: And for those who haven't checked Nexon, MS is going through a patch. - Time : Thursday, June 19th, 10:00 pm ~ 11:00 am PDT (Friday, June 20th, 6:00 am ~ 7:00 pm GMT) ...and yes, I did copy this from the website. I'm too lazy to remember it. xd So i just did a test for my connection with this computer on speedtest.net (if you don't know what that is, it basically sends information to your computer from a server and then back to the server and tests how fast your computer and connection are capable of doing it.) Anyway, it came back to me with a connection speed of 1418 kb/s download and 288 kb/s upload :3 i think i should be good.  There's my data. It also will connect you to the speedtest site for those of you who are interested. Anyway, the question of whether i should get maple or not isn't about the software configuration and whatnot, it's about whether i'll actually use it on my lappy. For one, the hotkey configuration is different on a lappy (i suppose i could edit that in the options though). Second, am i ever going to be somewhere that i want to play maple, am able to play maple, will have a good connection, and am not able to access my desktop? If i am able to access the desktop, i'd have my plugin cord with me anyway which defeats the whole running out of battery problem... Also, is the patch up?

If 30 and 35 are no biggie to you which is totally realistic seeing as it's no biggie to meru and I then set a goal for 50. 50 means you're going hardcore for 70. 50-60 is cleric hell apparently so I don't know how it is for sins or dits or whatever you're going to be but it's not that easy. And then 60-70 is just grinding your a** off trying to get to seventy before you kill yourself.
SO GOOD LUCK ON TRYING TO GET 70 AND TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME biggrin
So do I need to patch right now to get on or no? XDD

Maple is incompatable with vista?
so i give in to my addiction, and apparently after about an hour and a half of downloading when i go to open maple, i get an error message telling me maple is incompatable with my version of windows. Is there a way around this? Something someone isn't telling me?
