Myles shrugs, chewing through a forkful of food. Then he swallows. "The real question is, will this visitor be staying for breakfast?"

Elliot walked slowly towards the airship; he knew the ship was in no rush to leave, and had no doubt he would not be considered late. As he came near, he saw the Captain, as well as another figure he did not recognise. He called a greeting to them, but carried on walking uninterrupted until he came near enough to talk properly. He looked different in his attire to when he had left the ship earlier. Gone was his dress jacket, replaced with a more practical trenchcoat, though beneath that he was just as presentable. He now carried a messenger bag, clearly straining for its load, but as always he carried his parasol with him.

Daniel notices a familiar face coming down the dock, or rather a familiar half of a face. He waves when Eli calls out a greeting.
As Eli gets closer, "wow that was quick Eli, thought you were going to be gone a few days. Oh and it'd like to introduce Dr. Abigail Tennant. She would like to sign on as our medical officer. I don't see any problems do you?"
To Dr Tennant, "we would be glad to have your talents aboard the Khaos, I'm afraid that untill we start doing charter or transport business, pay will be scarce. but we do have room and board, and anything you find in the cabin you choose is yours to keep."

Abigail nodded in greeting to the stranger, noted the parasol and smirked a little. How genteel of that fellow. She turned her gaze back to the man she now knew as Captain Daniel and picked up her bags.
"Happy to be aboard, thrilled in fact. Money's no pressing matter at the moment since you're being so generous with hospitality." She eyed the entrance. "Should I just go on in then or would you prefer I come back later? I don't want to intrude and go mussing about."

"Unless you have anything else to do please come aboard. We were just sitting down to breakfast if you'd like to join us. You can choose any cabin on the 3rd level, but as i have told the rest of our small crew its loaded with stuff. The Galley is on Level 2."
"Eli, i didnt know you were coming back so soon, but we can whip up something if your hungry."

Penelope had to swallow before she would let herself laugh and agree. "Or any other meals, for that matter. I ought to set out an extra place, just in case. Heh, that rhymed."
She jumped up and got down more dishes, smiling to herself at the rhyme. It didn't take much to make Penelope happy. That was, usually, a good thing.

"Very well then. I'll just go find a cabin. Thank you again for taking me on." Glancing at Eli she nodded again. "Happy to have met you, be seeing you onboard, both of you."
Hiking up the ramp and into the ship, Abigail started searching for the 3rd level; anxious to through down her things, find the medbay and meet the crew.

Elliot replied to the Captain; "Yes, but then I didn't say what I was doing and what I was doing is something I am unfortunately familiar with, though now is not the time to discuss what and why, and so in short, I did not need much time as I knew precisiely what I was after and where to get it; and that they knew I was coming helps a bit as well. And I have nothing at all to see against your hiring of this charming young doctor. I'm sure the human parts of our crew would be very pleased."
Noting the smirk, he did the same in reply. If only you knew.
"And I must decline the food. In truth I did not know how long I would be, and so I already...ate."

"Alright, I'm gonna go head back to the Galley. soon as we finish up there lets see to our clanks and see if they can get some of the rooms cleared out so we can take on passengers and whatnot."
Daniel heads up the ramp, gives Elliott a thumbs up and heads below.

Daniel enters back into the galley, "Sorry for takeing so long everyone, we now have a new medic, Dr. Tennant."
Noticing the extra place setting Daniel smiles. The teapot hops back off Dan's shoulder and pours some more tea.

Daniel sits at the table, "She is getting settled in her cabin, but I did invite her to eat with us."
Daniel takes some of the eggs and bacon, and one of the more crispy biscuits. Taking a bite, Daniel smiles savoring the food. "Excellent job Penelope, this tates great"
His plate is barely half filled, but the rest of his meal would need to be taken from the engine room.....

Tossing her bags onto the bed, Abigail glanced around the room. It was decent sized but you'd hardly know with all the clutter. She'd lived in smaller and besides, who knew what interesting things lay in those boxes. Twisting her hair up into a messy bun she decided it would be best not to tackle the mess until later, it was hardly intruding and the bed was clear so she could well wait days before settling that matter.
A slight moan from her stomach reminded Abigail that somewhere food was waiting and a crew she was eager to meet. Turning on her heels, she marched cheerfully out of the room.

It took a couple of wrong turns for Abigail to find the Galley but she liked to think she'd made good time regardless. Spotting the captain as well as a few others confirmed that she was in the right place. Smiling, she stepped into the room and nodded towards the captain before glancing at the others present.
"Hello all."

he gestures to each of his crew as he introduces them<
"Doctor, this is Penelope Samms, our Galley mate, and Myles Mylian, an accomplished entertainer and pilot."
