Now Lauri felt a bit better. The man was gone and she was left alone on the beach with a woman. That is a much better situation. She looked around for a moment. She started to play with the end of her white dress as she sat on the beach. Do you think if I bolt he'll do anything? She looked over at the girl and smiled. Well I should be polite. "Hi, I'm Laurelei." She held out her hand to shake the girl's.

Vlad got justinside the grove of trees, and sat down, watching the conversation intently, he was going to learn all there was to learn about this new girl before he want back, he had allready found all the wood he needed, but that was just a ruse in the first palce, so that he could eavesdrop on this particular conversation.

Erika took the girls hand and with a firm a grip she shook it, and leaned back on her arm as she let herself relax.
"Erika"
Glancing back up at the sky Erika pulled back her hand and folded back with the other so that it was holding her head up as she glanced up at the sky watching it carefully as if something interesting was happening when really she was just watching for the sheer point of watching.
Occasionaly she would tilt her head back to see of Vlad was coming back, but there was no sign...how long did it take to get fire wood? No matter, it seemed she would have to keep Laurelei company for a bit and would have to make small talk, which she wasn't used to at all.
"You have any specialities...powers and what not?"

Lauri smiled and shook the girls hand. After that there was a silence where she just looked around and thought of what to do. Her eyes landed mostly on the ocean where she watched the waves crash against the sand. Her head turned suddenly when Erika spoke to her. "What? Oh, umm magic. Nothing special, I think sealing spell is my specialty." She smiled slightly, "How about you?"

((sorry i've been feeling kinda out of it lately))
"Metal manipulation and telekentics. I guess you could say shifting intno my raven form is an ability but its more part of what i am rather that just being blessed with it"
Erika gave a laugh as she allowed her head to drop on the sandy beach, it was getting darker and slightly cold as she felt the air against her skin and shivered slightly before muttering under her breath.
"How long does it take?"
Due to her shivering small black feathers appeared on the top of arm keeping her warm as her eyes glinted slightly, if he didn't come back soon she was off to her nice cosey bed and off to sleep.
((and sorrymy post kinda sucks))

Vlad sighed... this was going to be all he would be able to get out of her... a sealing spell, no idea what that was... ah well, he knew that she did magic. Vlad took off his shoes and socks, stuffed his socks into his shoes, tied the laces together, and slung the thing over his shoulder, picked up the wood, and stalked out onto the beach, it was dark enough now that his clothes made him near invisible, and without his boots he crept quietly across the sand without any difficulty.

Lauri smiled slightly as she spoke. "Metal that's pretty cool, and Ravens are wonderful creatures," Once you get past their creepiness. She smiled again and crossed her legs in front of her sitting up straight and placing her hands in her lap. Nothing could stop her from being proper even sand. Her eyes moved around until she noticed black feathers on Erika. Her eyes widened slightly then moved back to normal. Raven The darkness around her made her shiver slightly. "Do you think I should make a fire without him?"

Erika tipped her head slightly to one side and gave her a questioning look as if to say how was she going to do that exactly if all she knew was a sealing spell. If she wasn't going to use magic then she would need firewood and that what Vlad had gone for and the two of them didn't need to be vanishing now...there was just no point.
"If you can then go ahead be my guest, but if not then have fun walking around in the sand looking for firewood...i aint joining you in that"
Erika was always blunt, never tactful and nasty in situations she never needed nor meant to be...but she is who she is and her theory is. 'if you dont like me then thats fine...i hate you too'.

Vlad popped the firewood down between the two girls, and then with a wave of his had set the entire thing ablaze. He then sat down, took a quick swig of vodka and spat it through the fire, creating a great gout of blue-white flameout the otherside, lighting a long streach of sand on fire.
"Haveing a good time ladies?"

Feeling the warmth of the fire on her skin she smiled and moved closer to the blue white flames. The heat felt great and the black feathers on the top of her arm started tos ink back into her skin as the warmth from the fire took over her body.
Letting out a sigh of content she chuckled at Vlad, she was somewhat suprised by his sudden appearance though it was not unexpected, she ahd an idea that this was what he was like, which made being with all the more fun.
"Oh yes, just chatting..thats all. What took you soo long then?"
Sitting up she felt the chill at her back and once again the black feather appeared, this time down her back to keep the cold away. She had grown used to doignt his a lot when she was travelling, at first she would feel a slight twinge as they grew and sunk, but now it was nothing.

Larui watched the man come back and sat still just looking around. "Thanks," She muttered when he lit the fire and moved a bit closer to get warm. She rubbed her arms on her open shoulders and pulled her hair behind her ears as she sat. She was wondering herself what was taking him so long but she had already asked the question so Lauri didn't need to ask. How wonderful! This girl was strange and the man could use some sort of magic himself. Things were bound to get intersting soon.

Vlad grinned evily and offred the Vodka to Lauri, she really needed to losen up. He reached through the fire and started to stroke Erika's arm, using his powers to warm her up.
"So, how is everyone?"

She smiled as she started to warm where Vlad was stroking her arms, some of the balck feathers started to retract and sink back into the skin. As the sky grew darker she could feel sleep beckon to her and she loved her sleep so that where she would head off to, besides she had done enough chasing for one day.
Yawning briefly she gave another smile and pushed herself up off the sand and dusted away any remaining as she leant and gave Vlad a kiss on the cheek.
"Well im off, sleep has gotten the better of me. Good night"
She gave a grin to Lauri and let out an eerie whistle as she called for the other Raven. Pushing off the ground she jumped into the air before transforming into a raven herself and flew off leaving Vlad behind with Lauri.

Larui smiled lightly as she sat there but when Vlad offered her the Vodka she looked at it in slight horror. "Oh no thank you, I don't drink." She gave a nice smile and held her legs to her chest letting her long white dress flow over her legs. Erika got up and said she was going to go. Lauri was about to jump up and beg her not to leave but it was too late she was gone and now Lauri was left alone with this man. Wonderful, She thought sarcastically. "I'm doing fine, how are you?" She didn't know what to say, she hardly knew the guy let alone she was no good with small talk.

Vlad shruged lightly and chugged the rest of the bottle, chucking it into the fire. It was just the two of them now...wonderful. Vlad reached over and gently cupped Lauri's cheek.
"You know... your absolutly stunning in this light."
And so it began...
