*Synge stood up as well and watched him get the key, feeling her old one still in her jacket pocket. She was surprised by his question, and amused, she almost laughed.*
No, no, no weird abilities like that. I'm just a normal girl.
*She realized that sounded odd at this point, but she was sticking to it.*

Ben chuckled at the statement, he must have sound rather foolish when he asked what he did. Sheepishly, he approached the stairs to the second floor, dropped his own shoes off and waited for Synge to follow.
Right...I should have...er...known...I guess. Umm anyway, I kept the floors and even refinished so don't wear shoes...please. When you are ready...that is.

*A young woman appears off the coast in a beaten down old boat. You can tell it has been through ruff seas for the boat, and also for it's owner. In the distance, the woman spots a dock nearby.*
Land ho! *She giggles*
*The woman reached the dock to make port. She steps off as if she has no care in the world, then ties her deapidated boat as if it was her everything. She notices a path to her left and decides to investigate. She makes her way up the winding path and smells such beautiful flowers. Moments later, she notices a huge building and makes her way to it. She walks up the stairs and makes her way in with no hesitation...*

((**Pokes your avi**)) Ben leads you upstairs and you find the tatami rugs are in perfectly clean and restored condition and feel even softer and cleaner than they used. He leads you down the halls and into the first room, using the numbered key. Inside, you might be shocked to see that a real bed is there this time even though the floor is as soft if not better than before. There is a nice lamp and a few other additions this time around.Hehe...I see you already have that part down pat. *Synge was interested in the new room, and new bed. Although she kind of missed the old way, she liked the idea of being in a new place. She looked over everything and was pleased. She sat on the bed to test it, and was happy to see it would be easy to sleep here.*
Looks nice. Very soft bed, I'm looking forward to sleeping here. I can afford that, for a while at least. I'll let you know when I'm out of funds, if I'm here that long.
*She reached into her pocket and pulled out a pouch. Handing him the money she got up and walked around the room a bit.*
I think I heard something downstairs, by the way.

*The moment he left she let out a sigh. It was hard work for her now to be around people sometimes. Especially after all they had talked about. She layed down on the bed to relax for a bit, thinking over what had just happened. Mostly she thought of the new owner, somehow she felt that she liked him better the first time they met. Although she wasn't sure why. Sitting up she took of her jacket and scarf, as it was a bit warm inside.*

Ben watched the woman as she explored the place, was she new or a previous visitor? He wasn't really sure. The woman's forwardness didn't concern him in the least.
Yup...Inn where people can sleep like the lovely lady I just gave a room to and a place for people who can eat and get drunk...hence why it is a tavern not a bar. You know...kind of has an old school feel about it.
He pauses as if he had lost his train of thought.
Oh? And I am Benjamin Austerre, I own the place and run it. Well...when there are things to run ya know...who are you?

*Feeling a bit better she decided to go back downstairs for a bit, she also needed to retrieve her bag of stuff that was still outside in the woods. Once downstairs she put her boots back on and made her way to the front door, where she stopped to look at the new girl and Ben talk for a moment. She was curious, but didn't say anything or greet the girl.*
