He eyed the two of them and walked over before holding out a hand. "Demy, come here." His boy did look a bit ruffed up but he had not know the rocker to visit places where someone would bother mugging anyone. Things like that just didn't happen in this part of town.
"Visiting the slums were you?"

Demy squirmed, struggling as the waiter spoke for him. Damnit, it didn't happen that way! Once released, the boy quickly snagged Lou's hand and moved over to snuggle against the bartender.
"No, but apparently muggings happen in restaurants now...where Spenceypoo WORKS even."
Demy glared daggers at the other before looking up at Lou with pouty eyes.

"....Yeah...the alleys behind it attract some rough crowds. He's just lucky I found him," Spence continued a bit nervously. The brat wouldn't tell on him..would he? Not like that was abnormal behavior for the Demy he'd known in the past, but he hoped the youth had grown up at least a little!

"In this part of town? doubtful" He petted Demy as he looked at the other that had been brought into his bar. Genrally not one to believe Demy's stories he had to believe this one over the words of this Spence.

The boy purred, settling down a bit at the pets. Ugh, maybe he should let Spence off the hook...but damnit the waiter had beat him up for no good reason!
"...hrmph..lucky indeed."
Ears twitched a bit before he continued.
"Spence used to be my bass guitarist, back before my band broke up."

"It was your fault it did!" Spence growled, happy for the change in subject. "We would still be something if it wasn't for your stupid a** screwing it all up!" Huffing, he crossed his arms moodily.

He hadn't heard much about the old band other than it wad Demy's and that they were no longer together. "I don't believe i've heard this story." He slid his arm tightly around Demy's waist as he continued to pet him.

The boy snarled, and if it wasn't for Lou holding him tightly there was no doubt he'd lunge at the waiter.
"YOU guys left ME! You got that?! You guys all stormed off into the world and left me to deal with the s**t you left behind!"

He couldn't help laughing slightly as Spence's comments. "Three weeks? I'm surprised you weren't more desperate when you wandered in here" Though he did seem friendly with the Turks and that could account for something.

"And I was just trying to get by without ever having to see your stupid face again!," the waiter growled, turning to Demy. "You could've gone to any other restaurant!"

Demy growled lowly as Spence hit on Lou, but couldn't help but puff up proudly as the bartender turned him down. HA! That'll show that stupid Spence! Purring he let the other nuzzle against him.
"I haven't seen Spenceypoo there since the day the band broke up... And today I go to get a burger at Hard Rock just because I LIKE IT THERE."
He glared at the waiter a moment before continuing the story.
"And mister jackass over there drags me off into a backroom and wails on me for no good reason!"
He pouted, whimpering up at Lou for a moment. It hurt damnit, he wasn't looking to get into any fights today...

"Pfft...if Demy's your type, you can't be too stable anyway," Spence grunted. "Ha! Like you're completely innocent!" the waiter snarled. "I'll tell the story!"
"So it started back when we were a band. We fought a lot...mostly because Demy's sucks a** as a leader! I could've done a lot better! Anyways...he pissed off our singer, Lali. Probably because he was always trying to find a way to look up her skirt." Not that Spence should talk. They were both chasing after that tail. "And she got sick of it and left. We'd gotten into an argument shortly before and Demy decided he would go nun on me. He was probably getting enough on the side to keep him satisfied," Spence spat, shooting the youth a glare. "And then he had the nerve to make fun of my guitar and my playing. How I'd never be anything more than backup," he ground out the words. "...So I left! I could do better! ....Only no one wanted me. Sure I was good but if the great Demy Stardust didn't want me...there had to be something wrong with me, right?"
"..So I ended up a waiter. And then in strolls our wonderful leader six months later acting like none of it was his fault. Someone had to knock some sense into him....I just got there first," Spence finished with a smirk.
