Okay.
Let's not mess around with them.
They are threatening to raid 1919, which is reportable and going against what they are for, they say they do not go against the ToS.
But raiding is against the ToS, and people have been reported for this.
Ignore them plz.

permission to contact a Moderator about this, please, the raid.
And also, permission to send them a warning that raiding 1919 is a reportable offense. Since people have been reported. And the only way to raid a town district, is by spamming which is against the ToS.

And The SDS Disease is onyl 13, so that clears up for the whole raid on 1919.

Oh, and not to mention.
If they raid, then they'll be getting reported by at least 5 people in 1919/RS since, lol, the regulars are tired of dealing w/ raids and people who come into troll.

Just don't warn them or anything. If they have a raid. report them. If they don't, obviously don't.
Maybe the guy warning about the raid doesn't know what he's talking about? And they aren't planning a raid.
Maybe they are and some of them will be banned.

I agree with Zi. Plus, I hear that there are people out there claiming to be Specters, simply because they weren't let in the Guild. These guys are typically illiterate n00bs. [And not very knowledgeable in Latin. xd JK] So, they go around, claiming to be one, while at the same time, ruining their reputation. The guy at 1919 might be one of those false Specters, if he really isn't a crew member.
EDIT: Scratch that, he is one. Well, that means that any possible raid will obviously result in a ban. Plus, how does one RAID Towns? Changing poses so much that the server overloads? gonk

Naah, one raid towns by trying to make everyone lag out. Haha, it fails though. =/ Because people are all, "-_- lets go one left." Then eveyrone moves, but if the raiders go one left, then they migrate to another square, haha. xD
But, sometimes people just stay there in towns and go, "Stop spamming, or I report." Or people contact a moderator, and the mod comes in and reports those who are spamming, or give them a warning.
For reals, anyone who tries to raid towns is wasting their time. =/
