I first started watching Full Moon wo Sagashite, but i read Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne first. I have yet to watch KKJ, but i've read FMwS whee

I can't remember whether I read scans of KKJ or bought SDC first...but it was one of the two. I know I had been wanting to read KKJ first, but I think I might have bought SDC and loved it so much I had to read KKJ...

Mine was Kamikaze kaitou Jeanne the anime because my friend recommended it to me, i finished the whola anime and i was hooked. Then i picked up Full Moon wo Sagashite the books and finished all of them. After that i started buying everything that mentioned Arina Tanemura's name, like some really good short stories. I am currently reading The Gentleman's Alliance and i love it, waiting for all the books to come out in english.

I was bored one day and wanted a new anime to watch so I was looking around youtube and I found kamikaze kaitou Jeanne. Soon I finished watching all the animes by arina tanemura then I read all the mangas I could get my hands on. So far the only ones I haven't read is full moon and the one shot in one of the volumes.

Mine was Full Moon wo Sagashite. I remember I saw the anime first (after hearing it several times) and then cried and used up three boxes of tissues. Then I read the manga, and that make me cry too. Honestly, FMwS really made my cry no matter how many times I reread/rewatched it. TT-TT

It was Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne for me...then Fullmoon Wo Sagashite...now Gentlemen's Alliance Cross....I haven't even heard of the others...any suggestions?

Eskimo~Bunnie It was Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne for me...then Fullmoon Wo Sagashite...now Gentlemen's Alliance Cross....I haven't even heard of the others...any suggestions? ION and Time Stranger Kyoko will be coming to the US in 2008. biggrin ION in April, and TSK in July, I believe. Check them out when they're released.

The library at my school had KKJ numero uno. I ate up any manga within my reach at that time, and so, KKJ was devoured. The sad thing is, there was a very long period of time between me reading one and two. Now I have all of them except for uno, cry cry.

For me it's Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. It's one and the only manga of Arina Tanemura which was released in my country. biggrin

I bought ION in japanese to help polish the language and because I was attracted to the art. I searched for Arina after that and found out Full Moon was going to be released in english and it's gone from there! I love Doumei Cross and you can see such a difference in her art since ION to Doumei Cross

My first series by Arina Tanemura was Shinsei Doumei -Kurosu- The Gentleman's Allaince -Cross- unfortunately I had to buy the third book because that is all that was there

Full Moon wo Sagashite was my first of her works that I got into. Her beautiful artwork was what attracted me first, but I love her storylines as well so I'm working on getting all her other works read as I get the time ^_^
