Believe it or not, somebody else came up with this style way before I did. His series was dubbed "Where's Waldo". XD I loved this style and tried my hand at it from time to time, but I never really got it right 'til now.
I may give it a shot with fanfiction--maybe just post a brief bit, then add more if the axe doesn't fall. I need to do something to keep myself from adding Episode II.

I've been on Fanfiction.net and I have my own account I'm not sure if this writing style would work...It may take up a lot of space, but I think it would be allowed. You should definitly post it around. Everyone needs to read this.
Oh, and I'm adding to Soren's descripitions. It's common knowledge or implied that Heather is a lesbian. Since she shows a dislike for men, is really interested in "helping" country girls and really wanted to see Queen Elincia. It's just implied, but you can use that to your advantage. XD

Pssh, Heather's probably like a kid in a candy store, considering:
1) Mia doesn't wear pants, 2) Nephenee doesn't wear pants, 3) Elincia doesn't wear pants (one way or the other), 4) Mist doesn't wear pants, 5) Nephenee doesn't wear pants, 6) Mia doesn't wear pants, 7) Marcia doesn't wear pants (well, in FE10 she does, but she makes up for it by looking good), cool Laura doesn't wear pants (as far as I can tell), 9) Ilyana doesn't wear pants, 10) Calill doesn't wear pants, 11) Lethe doesn't wear pants, 12) Leanne doesn't wear pants (but there's Naesala to consider, so she may be off-limits), 13) Micaiah (at one point) doesn't wear pants, and 14) Nephenee doesn't wear pants.
(Hey, who's Heather with? The Mercs or the Dawn Brigade?)
EDIT: For the record, I'm going to see how much space a given part of the story takes up. If it's too much, I'm not going to post it. Also, it's going into the FE section--I've seen the Game X-Overs area, and honestly, I don't like it one bit. >_> If all goes well, I'll try one small bit and see whether or not it's taken down/I'm blacklisted. If neither happens, then yeah, I could probably still do it. Oh, also: The 9MB limit--is that for an entire story, or just each individual chapter thereof?

Heather begins with the Crimean group, mostly wherever Nephenee goes. She then spends her time with the Greil Mercenaries. I would presume the limit applies to individual chapters.

@Rhys: I think we get the point. Most girls in Fire Emblem either wear skirts or shorts. That tells alot about the developers.. stare
Oh, and Laura does wear pants in her offical art. But that's part of her nature. I don't think alot of women pledged to the goddess go around pantsless. The pegasus knights don't count.
Vike doesn't wear pants, she wears shorts.

I dunno. Jill, at least, is dressed practically, as is Titania. At least they didn't pull another Priscilla (miniskirt on horseback makes me think it'd hurt at least a good bit). It kind of makes sense with Mia, because she probably didn't want to be hindered in movement, but still.
Hey, at least none of them are as bad as FFXII's Asch. She wore a freaking red NAPKIN. That wasn't a skirt; it was a napkin.
Laura does, though? It's hard to tell with priests. I mean, you can't tell if Rhys is wearing pants, for that matter.
Has anyone posted a story within ff.net who can guide me through the process? (When I get around to it.)

Pardon the double post, but...
Okay, I finally came around and tried posting the very beginning on ff.net. I saved the beginning into a Word Document, then uploaded it. The trouble is, though the words are just fine, the images did not show up. Is there any way I can remedy this? Do I need to type in the URLs for the images rather than copy/paste?

I just mentioned that I have posted a story in Fanfiction, but I'm no better than you... I'm not sure about the images...You might have to type them in or otherwise it might not let you.
I don't know, I'd ask anyone who's done images how they did it.

I do not think images are allowed in FanFiction.net for one's stories. Edogawa has tried and failed. The best you can cope with is
Ike
Titania

Yeah, I did try, but couldn't get them up there. It's okay, though.
1) It was meant as a spamfic anyway, and
2) I'm too lazy to post stuff on ff.net if I don't have to. sweatdrop

You check out my story. It's my journal only it's less random and spamfic like.
Although my "Titania Takes Charge" one was just finished.
