Meanwhile, from near the cart, a crash could be heard, and a young, 14 year-old boy was on the ground, muttering softly to himself... "Wow... Man, I can't believe how lucky Gus is..."

As Link approached the shop, he noticed a fourteen year old watching from nearby, "Hey Bowie, have you seen your brother? We need to get back to the ranch, we've still got work to do and it's getting dark!"

"And yet somehow I don't believe you," Link replied sceptically, then began to whistle. Within moments, Epona arrived dragging behind a large wagon. Link began to pet the horse's long nose and then , with a vindictive smirk on his face, asked, "Has your brother ever told you about my horse, Epona?"

"Are you sure?" Link smirked, lookinbg at the horse and then the boy, "Epona has been tied to this wagon for almost two hours and she can get very restless."

The boy was obviously scared and so Link doubted he'd lie, "Alright, I'd better go check out the bomb shop then, I saw him go in there earlier. " The blond sighed as he approached the door, "If you do see Gus, tell him I'm looking fer him."

Link winced as he looked at his friend, "Gus, we've got to get going, Ma's gonna kill me if we don't get back before the sun sets." Link led his friend back to the horse and pointed to the wagon, "Get in."

Bowie's face lit up at this: "Oh! Can we, Gus?"
Gustave was silent for a bit, and said, "Sure, why not?" He got Bowie on the cart, and made sure his sword was at his side, and was ready to go...

Kohana watched as Link reentered Kakariko Village. Smiling, she shook her head.
"That kid's too excited..." she murmered, starting to swim back upstream. She knew she had to get back soon.
The Zora king was frantic.
"Where's my daughter? Where!" he cried. No one could answer.
Sofia had long since headed up for Goron City again. She felt that the Hylian who had suddenly shown up at the Bomb Shop had feelings for her. As she reentered the city, Vladie glomped her, knocking her wind out.
"VLADIE!" she screamed, squirming out of his arms. Vladie grinned and grabbed her arm.
"That's what you get for calling me Vladie! Now, sister, how about dinner?" he asked. Sofia's stomach chose that moment to growl.
"Um, I think so," she answered.
Kia did as she had been ordered, gazing fondly at Ganondorf the whole while.

After the two had settled themselves in, Link went around to the front and climbed on top of his horse. "You ready to go Epona?" he asked, receiving only a neigh as a response, "I'll take that as a yes." And with that, Link squeezed his legs around the horse and immediately she began a quick trot towards the town's exit
