"I'm not really sure who she was," Abyssa sighed as they walked to his room, "I saw her talking to someone at one of the tables, but I don't know what her name was or anything. Sorry...Oh how CUTE!!!"

She squealed at seeing his two animals in their little beds. She loved most things fuzzy and feathery, "Did you name them?"

Peter walked down the slope, and found Feeling Blue sitting on a branch. Feeling Blue quickly swiped off his feather hat which he forgot to remove. Peter shrugged and put two cantines filled with lemon and lime cocktail. He also took some chicken and placed it on the branch. Peter walked back up the slope to see if he could meet Kar in his room.

Note looked eagerly over to what Peter had left Feeling Blue. Feeling blue hopped over to the cantine and took a sip. "What'cha got there, Blue?" Feathurz asked. "Well, I'll tell you reluctanty. See that nice-looking building over there?" Feeling blue replied, pointing to The Weary Retreat. "My friend gave me what inhabitants of that village call a cocktail. They are REALLY good and REALLY fruity and REALLY colorful. I can't get enough of them." Feeling Blue finished, watching Cobalt fly over. "Anyways, I need to get going. You all can finish the archery match with Cobalt."

Peter just got in the Weary Retreat when Feeling Blue landed on his shoulder, finishing up on the last piece of chicken. He tossed it into his mouth and grinned. Peter walked up the stairs, and saw Abby and Kar, again. "Ugh, isn't there anyone else up here? stressed " Peter greeted them both nonetheless, and walked into Kar's room. "Hey Kar, by the sounds of all that barking, I guess you got a wolf." While Peter was talking to Kar, Feeling Blue threw one of the cantines to Cobalt. It still had some cocktail in it. Feeling Blue flew down to the ground, interrupting Peter. "Oh yeah, I named 'im Feeling Blue. He also knows some tricks." Peter commented. Feeling Blue pulled out a mini guitar, started playing a bit then tossed it away. Then, he got on all fours and barked. "Pretty neat, huh?"

((I don't mind, this is fun.))

Erde's ears turned a light shade of red. In humans this could be taken as a form of embarrassment, but in faeries, it was a signal of annoyance. Her thin dark eyebrows creased together.

"What is your extreme fascination with me?" She growled. "I don't need you at all. You could go drop dead and it would be no skin off my ears." Deep down, Erde was shocked at her own behavior. She hadn't been taught to speak to brutally to anyone, not to mention someone who only wanted to help her.

"Is there anything these birds can't do?" Abyssa giggled, and shook her head, "Anyways. I'll see you guys in a bit. I want to try to cook something. Any suggestion on what I should make...that's not too complicated?"

She didn't notice the necklace in her pouch practically vibrating. The crystal was beginning to glow too.

Karoku started thinking.Maybe you should try making some pork or bear or boar or wolf or chicken or turkey or bull or karaboo or bird or hamburgers or meatloaf or aostirj or llama or hot dogs Karoku said.

Abyssa gave Karoku a bewildered look, "I can make chicken I guess, but I haven't tried any of the others," she paused and looked at his pets, "And I don't think now's a good time to try cooking wolves."

She shook her head a little, and smiled, "I'll let you guys know when it's ready!"

And she skipped downstairs, humming. She searched the kitchen a bit, until she found everything she needed (a much easier task since she had reoganized), and went to work.

"You can't go wrong with foreign foods like sushi. Say, did you get a new lamp? I think the room got brighter and it seems like it is eminating from your side of the room." Peter called, before turning around. "Well it's about TIME. That light hurt my eyes." Feeling Blue said. "Wait - you can talk?!" Peter exclamated. "Well, no DUH. If I can make funny tricks like that then I'm pretty sure I'd be able to taAAAAlk. Oops. Sorry. Too much of tehz cocktail." Peter stared at Feeling blue for a moment. "But, I thought - Then that means - But also ... Where did you COME from?!" Peter's words evaporated into thin air when a loud buzzing noise came from outside. A large group of carriages and gizmos were slowing down and stopped a bit away from the village. Short, green figures, humans and more walked out of the carriages. There were big ones and small ones. They set up some things, while a short human-skinned person walked out with a sign that said:

WELCOME TO DARKMOON FAIRE

Ronyo looked at the women for awhile. Her statement had not hurt him, but it did give him more insight. A faye who lashed out in such a way was one who was truly hurt.

“Well you really shouldn’t. In nature animals and plants die all the time, that’s the reality of it all. The truth of nature, under its divine beauty, is the reality of death. That is how most druid are taught to look at things. Which is why I’m considered a rebel, so to speak. I am under the belief that life should be guarded until its time comes. Most are taught to watch and only interfere if something un-natural tries to do harm. I just can’t do that.”

Ronyo wasn’t really trying to convince Erde that he should go with her, but merely trying to comfort her.

“And I don’t know if you would call it a fascination, but I do wish to help you. Manly because you look like you could use some assistance, and plus I don’t see many members of the forest community. Its nice to meet one, and if need be, help one.”

(( I put in her name because I wasn't sure if she ever gave it. If not i can always edit.))

Peter shook Kar's hand and took Feeling Blue on his shoulder. He hopped out of the window, legs first and landed on another conveniently placed stack of hay. He ran towards the carriages and tents. He walked around, wondering what was going on. There were weird contraptions he'd never seen before. He walked around, and found the short figure with the sign. He walked up to him and asked, "What're you doing here? What is all this?" He said. "This is what you may call a festival, we don't come around often. We have old artifacts, and new technologies you have never seen before. But first, I'd like you to try this. By the way, your hair is a bit messy." He remarked, throwing a metallic box-like thing to Peter. "What am I supposed to do with this crap?" He asked. "Y'see, you move the little sticks on it and press the buttons and this little contraption should start to move around." Peter did as he said, and this little box started to move around. He pressed a button rapidly. Three tiny shots flew out of the box. He pressed a black button with blue swirls on it. A swirl of blue washed over the machine, but nothing else happened. Except that the light-blue swirl appeared under the machine as a charge, it sent the machine flying and it broke through the roof of the inn. Peter's pointy ears titled downward and his mouth turned straight. He returned the device which he was given and ran towards the inn.

Angel Death Carlson

((it has not been that long has it @.@))
"Yes I would miss, and I would also like to procure a room to stay in if that is all right" Cole goes and sits down in the same corrner and the effect he had on it returns he than takes out a book and starts to read while he waits

Rinni smiled and nodded before turning, "One orange juice coming up!"

She walked into the kitchen and began making the freshly squeezed orange juice. She noticed the kitchen was much cleaner than she had left it earlier that day, and made note to thank the girl who'd she thrown the apron at earlier.. and remembered she'd never asked her name. She shrugged carried the glass to the man, stopping to grab a room key on the way.

"Here ya go," she said as she sat the glass and key down on the table. "Table is the first up the stairs on the right."

Peter walked into the inn as if nothing had happened. He walked to the kitchen, sneaked by any employees and searched around.

Three buckets, twelve cabinets, a supplies room, two boxes, a cooler, but alas, no pile-of-junk. He tried to sneak out when he heard footsteps. He faded into the wall, and into the electrical lines between the walls. He zoomed on the line and reappeared in his room. He looked around when he heard the same sound he heard when he pressed the unique button on the controller.

Abyssa was almost finished cooking, and the chicken was done. She had just gotten the instructions for making the sushi Peter had wanted from a nearby shopkeeper, and was headed back to the inn. There was alot of commotion out the front, so she decided to go the back way.

Suddenly, however, she was aware of an unfamiliar presence behind her. She paused, and straightened her back. The she spun around, daggers drawn, only to get one of them knocked out of her hands by the stranger. They were stronger than her, and held the hand wielding the serated dagger easily. She screamed, and the assailents other hand covered her mouth.

A moment later, all that remained of Abby was the fallen knife, and an onyx necklace laying ever so harmlessly on the ground. She had vanished, along with whoever had attacked her.

((but she'll be back soon, mark my words))

Peter was pretty sure he could hear a scream, but that was soon drowned out by the commotion of the fair, or faire. Peter walked around, looking for the short man who had assigned him the position of testing the crap. Peter found him sitting on a small stand. He asked him why there was so much of the junk moving around. "You see, it's actually supposed to be a toy. You duel other people's tanks and sometimes you win prizes. I realized that the one carrying the shield ability was bugged. I quickly got my engineers to fix it." He remarked, pointing to a blue-skinned man. "How's ya doin mon?" He waved. "Anyways, I didn't tell you. My name is Silas Darkmoon, I run this faire. Why don't you try some stuff out? Oh, and for being the first tester of my tanks, or 'Tonks', I like to call them, you will get a large bucket of tickets to show my gratitude. G'bye!" Peter looked at the colorful bucket filled with tickets. He carried that around when he wandered about the faire. Gadgets, food & drinks, games, prizes, cards, horses, alot of wonderful things. But one thing that caught his eye was a large shiny object. It was tall, had paint with numbers on it, a large platform and a hammer. He walked over. "Uh, Hi. I'm Peter, and I'd like to take 10 tries on this ... thing." He asked the woman standing next to it. "My name is Kerri Hicks, the strongest woman alive. You are supposed to take the hammer and pound the little platform. The harder you hit, the higher it goes, the more tickets you get. Get it to the top for a bunch of tickets." Peter listened to every word, set his bucket down and grinned. He hit the platform with the hammer. Half-way, six times in a row. He pounded it rapidly three more times. about 90% up the meter. Peter was going to make the last one count. He raised it high, and brought it down with everything in him. He was about to hit the platform, when someone mysterious dropped a black necklace on the platform. Peter picked it up and gazed at it. He shrugged, put it in his pouch, and hit the last one for the bonus.

"Thank you for the offer." Erde's voice was calm and collected again. She stared off with slightly glazed eyes. "But I don't need to be told of the philosophies surrounding death." There was a short pause. When Erde spoke again, her voice was firm and definite. "I do not want, nor do I need, your help in anyway. I am a servant of justice and order, sworn to ensure that the debt of taking another's life is repaid in full." Her tone lightened, "I would love to speak with you again, when I return."

Without another word, and no longer caring what the young man had to say, Erde jaunted past him and out the door. It was still drizzling a bit, but that didn't dampen her drive. The faye had been inspired by her own little speech.

She would find Dragun, for Emily.
