Uber Riddle:
Midgar Train Tunnels.
You are only truly in them twice.
Its obviously in shadows due to it being an enclosed environment.
Reveals a place you will go, which can be into one of the reactors or to the Shinra HQ.
And a glimpse of a long-lost foe would be that you can fight the Turks during your final visit to the tunnels.

Alright ive spent all night trying to guess stuff.
Heres a few guesses...
1. am item such as a potion
2. kalm the town...i think thats how its spelled
3. inside the honey bee in at wall market? thats just a random one lol
4. Train graveyard/serwers but you dont see them twice
5. A mountain?
6. a helicopter but you dont see it twice everytime you play...
7. the sector 6 playground equitment...
thats about all i got they are probably all wrong but atleast i tried right?

Question #2: Could it be the starting movie, the one in the begining, you see it when you turn the game on, and once again if you start a new profile ^^

Could it be Sector 7?
"Each time You play, you see me twice" I haven't played FFVII for a while, but I believe you're there twice.
"I'm in the Shadows, that's My only advise" I think Barret says something about the whole sector being entirely artificial, without sky, clean air, and stuff. So it's probably built-in (Or something).
"I reveal to You, a place You will go" Well, this is very farfetched, but they do talk about their next job in Tifa's Seventh Heaven.
"But also a glimpse, of a long-lost Foe" This is what ruins everything! gonk
I can't think of anything that fits.
Except Cloud's and Tifa's flashback. But I don't know if I am philosophical enough to say that Cloud is his own foe...
And they talk about Sephiroth...
Well, that's not the best guess ever, but it's something.
I might have mixed up the Sectors a little, though.
I really need to play the game again...
