A GUITAR?! Man, that's kickin' awesome!
The more I think about it, I've kinda wanted to learn violin...
No one ever knows what to get me and I kinda wanna drop hints, but that's rude. xp Everyone's pressed for money anyway, so I understand.
I got a purse, granola bars, some money, and a bug zapper. That last one holds a really funny meaning for me. rofl

That's awesome, Izzy. I could kind of play a guitar a few years ago... Not very well, but it made recognizable sounds!
@Azura: ...Why would you get a bug zapper?
I (finally) got an iPod touch, a mini DVD player, tons of books (a few too many this year), and movies. Not enough games...

"I can play well enough, I suppose. I want to learn how to read music though. I've been playing my own original stuff since day one. That or by ear."

Huh? You somewhat play the guitar but can't read music? That doesn't seem like it'd work that well.

rolleyes ...Why do I not believe that you're actually gifted? It probably just sounds like a bunch of random notes.

Lloyd Irving Aurion 17 @Azura: ...Why would you get a bug zapper? Well, remember a couple of months back or so when I said I had been in the hospital for Dengue Fever? Well, that disease is transmitted by mosquitoes, and since then, I've had a paranoia for them.

@Lloyd "Don't be such a wisecracker. Why is it then, that I get money for jamming?" @Azura "Hah. Paranoia is a sign of weakness. . ." ". . .Hm.. I wonder if my friends are actually my friends, or if they're faking it..!"

Maybe they just pity you and your poor playing skills and want to make you feel better? xp And you seem a little paranoid about your friends there.

"I'm NOT paranoid. And nobody EVER feels sorry for me." "Ever.." (Actually. Its fairly easy to learn music by ear if you know your way around a guitar. Its how a lot of people learn. Thats why I can; Dad taught me.)
