Even though you get better results running in the heat.
I much prefer running at nights, or early morning.

I've never heard that, and I've been running since my freshman year in high school.
Coach always told us cold weather was better.

Cold weather is better for your lungs.
Heat makes you sweat more.
Their both good.
I ran in Montana once, man the elevation there tires you out quick. xd
I'd be out of breath after about 15 minutes or so.

I'd rather run in high elevation. Even better for your lungs...a lot of Olympic athletes train in these fancy little chambers that mimic high elevations

I hated doing it, but the results scratched off 2 minutes off of my 2mile.

s**t yea...after a few minutes of that, your lungs take in more oxygen. More oxygen means more power. just like cars ^_^
anyway, I'm gonna head out early...Heading to the racetrack tomorrow.
