Sophist Aino Ailill Anyone know how to make an avatar bald? This one is supposed to be but I don't know how to make it so. sad You could try putting on the black bakeneko head item and then putting on a black cat nose like I'm doing. Cool, thanks! What's the nose called? I can't find it in a black/grey head search on tektek dream avi. I put on a black nosey face tattoo but it leaves a speck of pink uncovered.

Fiddlers Green Umm... please to being curbing the omnicidal tendencies/sympathies until I am finished with these narratives. If you mean destruction in the sense of such total change, then it is one thing... Please clarify what world destroying villains you identify with? I had an impulsive response, but I wish to curb it until I observe more. Once released, like all things, it cannot be taken back. The ones that feel the world is so unsalvageable that we need to break the entire system and reform from the ground up. A burn and rebuild basically. Which usually more often than not, involves a lot of tumultuous destruction of the societal things people depend on. Hence, villain.

Ugh. I need to go to the doctor's office. While cold has winded down significantly, it has now caused a weird ear ache on one ear.

CuAnnan So, I started youtubing today I decided I'd ease myself in by finding someone talking about something I knew about and could discuss. In response to my my video, he called me a fundamentalist. At first, I was pissed as all hell. The fact of the matter is, I am a fundamentalist. I have no problems admitting that I'm a fundamentalist and I resent the word being used as a dirty word. "Fundamentalism refers to a belief in a strict adherence to a set of basic principles....the term has since been generalized to mean strong adherence to any set of beliefs in the face of criticism or unpopularity, but has by and large retained religious connotations." Yup, that's me alright. I'm happy with it. His response does piss me off, don't get me wrong, but not for being called a fundamentalist. I had planned to do a whole "entitlement versus intellectual honesty" video, now I have motivation. I came away from your video a bit more educated ^_^ On a wordy note, "fundamentalist" has acquired a connotation not just of adhering to a set of beliefs in the face of opposition, but adhering to the exclusion of all other opinions. It's the "I'm right and you're wrong lalalala" thing that fluffs do in M&R that I would call fundamentalist. You're just right. nuri I'm not sure whether I should laugh or cry right now. When in doubt, laugh?

But you did get him worked up. From where I'm standing it is a typically reaction you see from people who think they are really smart and knowledgeable. They don't like it when you come with better sources and better arguments. Because then they would have to apologize for not doing their homework properly. You got the same reaction from that American woman who thought Irish witchcraft involved potato magic. xd
...*looks through his posting video history* I'm guessing it is not called the Morrigan, because he does not have any video named like that. Or did he remove it?

But I can gather from his response below the video that he was just too angry when he watched your video, to listen and get your point. I can get that.
But he does uses Celtic with a K in the video. That is a plus? Maybe he is not such a loss.

Potatoes are native to MY continent.
Ireland didn't even have potatoes until what year?
I know 1536 is generally considered the intro year for Europe in general, but I'm not sure how fast the spuds spread.
Mind you, some rituals more native to my continent than I involve Potatoe, Maize, Squash, and Beans.
Then again, it is common in my homeland that people view anything older than our nation as immeasurably ancient. And an intro date of 1536 is probably well beyound their ability to separate from always. crying

I am not knowledgeable about the precise dates mr Green, but I do know that here in Fryslân my previous mother in law remembers not trusting tomatoes because they were such a new vegetable.
