Zephyr Alexander Lots of water, relax, remove any excess layers of clothing so you stay cool and put an icepack on your forehead. Those should help. excess layers? I'm in the bare minimum, and I've drank all the water in the house. I don't own any ice packs that are still frozen...I used most of them on my knee.
