me and my friend swaited in line for a 5 dollar french horn t shirt for 2 hours and the whole time we sang our marching band music over and over! and we had so much fun that we started marching and we accidently got out of tht line so we had to go to the very back and we did it all over again!!! this happened at state finials and it was our first time so we had to have somehting to remember it by! and I don't even play the french horn I play the saxophone and in marching band I am in the colorguard!!!!! it was sooooooooo fun!!!

You know you're a band geek when whenever you hear any song,you try to finger the notes or wonder if you can get the insturmental version of it off the net.

you basically DIE during the off-season
You come to after school rehearsal after your orthodontist appointment, which was right in the middle of practice, and find out it was cancelled...xD
You'd never schedule an orthodontist appointment in the middle of band practice!!!
Your face is blue after every dismissal

I am guilty of all of that! *spazes* I'm going to put all of these on a peice of paper and post them in my band room at school, they guy will like them.
your know you're a band geek when.....
you watch the national marching band competition on TV and compare theyr marching style with your own bands.

....... When you start training your 3 year old neighbors and all your younger sisters/brothers friends for upcoming years in marching band
-I do this,....story!:
I babysit this little girl Ally, and I have it down to when I ask her what she wants to do she says "Marching band" it's awesome! *dances*
Sister's friends: If I ride the bus with them i usually force all of them to pledge to me they will join band, becasue keeping alive the spirit of our AA division band is something we need! and if they don't...they will suffer my wrath!

you know you're a band geek when you're in geometry and you and you're band geek friends start singing their individual parts from an arrangement and the teacher constantly has to tell you to shut up xd
you know you're a band geek when you're calling band roll call the first day of school and telling what instrument they play and when someone says here and the teacher asks what instrument they play, someone yells "triangle!" from across the room and everyone starts laughing.
