Also, I thought that Censoring was just referring to putting ******s instead of names, not leaving them out of the list entirely.

Also, that's likely what everyone seemed to think (which is just silly, how would that help, like, at all?), which is probably why the results of this poll are very different. xD That wasn't the point I was making, but I accept the terms of your compromise. Yeah, this one makes a lot more sense. Speaking of which, I don't have a problem with angry Confessions, I just hate the namedropping bigotry associated with some of the more vicious posts...I don't think it's necessary to plague the guild with more Drama-inducing rage vents like those.

Which is stupid - if you're not even confident enough in yourself to stand behind your own opinions, who the ******** are you to be judging how other people behave? At least they're not afraid to be themselves, p***y.

>'you' being not directed at you, but at the anonymous whiner(s) lol I suppose that's one way to think about it, though I sympathize with those who want to make their feelings known without personally taking all the grief for it, which, in retrospect, is exactly what you were saying isn't it....o_o But I don't think it's about being chicken, or p***y, or whatever. I just don't think that the Confessions are a good way to vent. I realize people deal with a lot of frustration around here, but it causes too much strife to focus all that negative energy here. Not necessary.

You solve problems by talking them out, and you need two people to talk something out, not one person and an anonymous wall of text; that setup only really creates more drama.
I just feel like it's a hypocrisy. If you're really so perfect that you can accurately tell other people what is wrong with them, you wouldn't be hiding behind anonymity to do it. I'm a firm believer that what you dislike in other people you either envy or see and dislike in yourself, so even if in some twisted part of your logic you see yourself as helping these people you're condescending, you're not helping yourself. Does that make sense? Probably not really.
