neutral I understand. Actually, my own IRL has become a bit too stressful lately myself. And it's because of that that I actually have some really bad news guys.

With the changes in my life right now and some of the stuff that's been happening around the guild, as well as the stand still we've come too with some of our missions, I'm afraid that until further notice I'm going to be leaving gaia.

neutral It's hard for me to do this to you guys but, I really just haven't been able to give you guys 100% recently anyway, and I feel that's important. Again, I'm really sorry I have to do this, but my time was going to be stretched more and more anyway, so it's for the best.

wink And NO this doesn't have anything to do with Proto of any of that nonsense. This was a decision that had many different factors, don't go blaming her or anyone else. In fact I recommend that you guy's transfer to Konoha, things seem to be picking up there, and it seems to be the best place for active people right now.

I'm sorry. sweatdrop When I came back I hadn't intended to leave like this. It can go on record that Kimiko and Xen left the nations never to return, and all other characters, well, that's up to whomever takes over Oto in my place. I'll leave the decision up to Kouri and the rest of crew. Though I doubt anyone would want the job right this moment. crying I'll miss you guys, and might pop in every now and again just to see how you're doing.

I'll miss you and so will Aki and Jiro. XD I understand life can be hard. I'm kinda sad that the mission wasn't ended but, I can create a new adventure with new characters.....and redo all of the training.....I will have to see if I want to join Konoha. I'm generally against joining them but when times are tough sometimes I have to. Well, see you when the darkness consumes the light.

Another thing I feel you both could possibly do is become twin Kages of Otogakure. If you really don't want to leave Otogakure you could do that. Or even have a little council characters ruling Otogakure for the time being (plot-explained) after Ghost's Kage character disappears or whatever. The problem is:

1) Are you willing to create missions or at least make RP as interesting for yourself as it was for you before?

2) Are you willing to do grunt work like exp grading (I suspect you may already be doing this), accepting profiles, etc? Manning the academy might also count.

3) If you are to be Kages you need to be aware of the plot on a grand scale and make suggestions for Oto. A sort of awareness of the rest of the villages and their general plotline so to speak. Most of this planning actually doesn't occur in the Crew subforum so you'd need to send PMs to the relevant people and share information among each other.

Since you are actually in Oto I figure you guys are the best equipped to decide what you want.

I mean two (or more) people working in conjunction to be Kage. In-story it could be explained like a Council, out-story it would just be everyone having each other's back, so NPCing characters for missions the other ones are in, grading exp if the others are too busy/haven't done it etc.
