Kriel, boomer kuwanger's move doesn't do that much to Flame Mammoth. Just use Storm Eagle's move on him, and he doesn't stand a chance. And if you beat Chill Penguin (You should always beat him first because his level has the boots) then there is no lava in his level, which makes things easier.

BTW, I knew that the boomerang wasn't his weakness weapon, but it will hack off that unsightly trunk of his, keeping him from lobbing those oil balls...
Don't they also work against Launch Octopus, cuting off his tentacles, to lessen the amount of missiles he shoots?

You are right on using it on Flame Mammoth to take out his trunk, but I find his moves are useless enough when using Storm Eagle's move that it doesn't make a difference. His move takes off Launch Octopus' tentacles, but I feel like he shoots even more missiles when you do that. Although I always do it anyway because it makes his patterns easier to follow, and his missiles don't hurt much anyway. =P You know your stuff, T.
