It would be ranked B, or A, since the threat level. Chirori is an A level technique, and takes quite the shinobi to learn. So just that fact alone, and the threat that it can posses should make the mission around A. Death is likely if we're attacked and outnumbered.

My plan was to do like I did in mist..
Infiltrate the village, don't say crap.. get in a bunch of trouble.. do my sneaky-cute comedy act while performing crazy unorthodox jutsu to distract... In the end we run away with Myo carrying the scroll and riding Geeshoku, along with everyone else..
[Geeshoku= The boss duck summons.. I figure in the end, we get the scroll, hop onto him,and he turns gamabunta size... THEN...We use his teleport ability to automatically get back to the village entrance..x3]

Dude i went alone before stole the rasengan sroll with no backup was confronted and outnumbered escaped with the scroll and i only got a c-ranked

Speed, I have already settled this so Stop. No arguing. Also, the cloud village is just about inactive so I dont think it would be fair for everyone to just go and attack it. Lol >.< Also WHY am I not on anyones Enemy Bingo Book List, Lol.

Well for all we know, the whole village might confront us for that. So it would be B or A. Maybe S, depending on the strength of the kage.
Edit: You became a kage two days ago. No one considers you a threat. xD

Okay you know what since sky is inactive mid if me and frost play as the npc's we won't kill anyone just try to ward you off i won't go 100% and neither will frost if he agrees.
