Kage>> Oddly enough ... I was hesitant towards anything Harry Potter when it first came to the states. A friend convinced me to watch the first movie (I know, I know, not like the book, which is undoubtably better) and I was very pleased and even inspired by it.
Their hearts and concerns are in the right place ... but I would say your parents are a little too committed to making sure you succeed. Too much studying and educating can make the mind dull and weary. Relaxation is crucial to success as much as hard work is. 3nodding

The passing of time on the internet is kind of sad. Things move so quickly here, and stuff happens and vanished overnight.
...dammit, I want my old internet back. crying
What sites did you all used to visit that are now defunct?

Things move so quickly here, and stuff happens and vanished overnight. ...dammit, I want my old internet back. crying What sites did you all used to visit that are now defunct? Neopets. I still have 1.7 million neopoints on my account... I considering trying to sell them to someone in exchange for Gaian Gold. xd I wish it was as easy to get gold as it is neopoints though.

Brolly got stung by a bee today. gonk It didn't actually hurt that bad. It landed in my hair when I wasn't paying attention, but I felt it walking around. I thought it was a misqueto(sp?), so I reached back to grab and squish it. But when I grabbed it I realized it was bigger than a misqueto(sp?). And then it stung me. It was more the shock than anything that hurt. But I flicked it out the window after that, and then it swelled up a couple minutes later. And now the swelling is completly gone. I didn't even put anything on it either. confused
