10+skill or stat mod lol i mean sage is right it's usually 10 unless you are like me and dump most of your skill points from lvl one into Chakra control lol

It doesn't change the DC just because you have a lot of skill points somewhere. The DC for training is set in stone at a certain number, however, for people who have invested in that skill and would easily pass it, they will not get full exp unless the DC is 10+skill level, I.E. as I said before, they have to roll a 10+ to pass. If it is related to system knowledge, I am usually right. Naruto knowledge on the other hand ... I am still catching up.
I've watched it straight through to like partially into shippuden. I read the manga up until
Pervy sage died. Then I watched all of the Pein battles. I stopped reading for a long time, then picked it back up after the Kage summit, read it until the twins died, went a little further and stopped again.

heh yeah that was my bad i misread that lol sorry sage ^.^ and you should catch up on the manga. naruto's new training is interesting to say the least lol
You are making your char like how i wanted to make toshi at first lol but then resigned and decided i wasn't tenko to be more of that sort of thing lol you always beat me to things lol
