How do Mando'ade smelt beskar so that it has the properties it does? The Empire stripmined the planet and couldn't use a bit of the metal.
Mind you, I'm no Mando blacksmith, so this process is unbeknown to me.

I'm actually going to bet that the blacksmiths know a catylist or something that woudln't be found in the final alloy product but does have an interaction with the intense heat and pressure in the chemical bonding process.

Probably teh same as with most militaries. As long as it's not visible in uniform, it works. So no forearms, neck, face, chest, or legs.

Tattooes are pretty much off limits for soldiers under the Empire.
They demand proffesionalism and conformity to an a**l degree.

So I was watching ESB the other day, and I'm curious: Is it just me, or did wedge suddenly pack on about 70 pounds when he was flying in the speeder? It seems as though he picked up a hella lot of weight.
