Ashe wasn't sure what was going on but immediately she could see that her home was being invaded by unwanted visitors AGAIN. Except this time she was there to witness their stupidity of breaking into her home. She saw a proective spell uttered and Colm looking like he was about to lose it. That's when she stepped in, and she had had enough.

"Stop it right now!" Ashe shrieked at the top of her longs as lightening began to crack through her hair and around her limbs. "If any of you come nearer I will fry you to a crisp! You!" She pointed towards the group, "are going to explain why you are here right now or I will personally show you why I am the Queen, not only that, but I am the one who gave Colm much of his power and if you thought he was hard I will kill you."

The lightning danced around her head and lept at the ground, all the while not harming her, but scorching anything it touched. It was driven by her raw emotions and was therefore uncontrollable even to her if she wanted it to remain docile.

Colm had told Nelo what to do in case someting like this happened when his job at the castle was explained. He knew exactly what to do. Nelo copied Colms movements, stoping just behind the king, continueing to say his charms, more loudly though, for both himself and the king, knowing that power like this was dangerous to even vampires.

Colm glared at Ashe and raised his own bony finger, "Do not try to pin this on me. I was doing what we needed to do, for the future. I was making the preparations for our big day. You are the one who left without a word. Leaving ME to do everything once more. So you can shut your Royal trap right now before I get angry." The vampire threatening, edge in his voice as he spoke.

Ashe dug her nails into her palm. "Enough! We're supposed to be preparing for the royal ball and here we are arguing and the stupidest of things!" By chance Colm's mentioning their 'big day' completely set her off on another subject and she began to calm down immensly. "I don't think I want a big ceremony, I'd rather have a grand ball to celebrate it with. Everyone will be invited and everyone will come by royal decree. Won't it be just perfect?" She didn't speak in the typical brides voice all full of joy and bubbles, it was more sarcastic but much less threatening as the lightning stopped generating. She also noticed another man just standing around, and from his aura he seemed vampyric. "And you would be?"

Nelo was relieved that the Queens rage had ended, but did not physicaly show it. He stepped forward and bowed with great respect for the queen. "I am Nelo Karayan, the great-great-great grand nephew of Colm. I was sent here to learn of my family, and finish my training in our family's fighting style, beacause I have mastered nearly everything my father had to offer me."

[[could be explained in another way if you two agree. Before Colm was changed he could have had a living uncle who had kids who had kids and kids up to a certain generation. Also, unless you already did I wouldn't have Alice do it. We'll do it]]

"I wasn't aware that my husband would have any relatives, living or otherwise." She wrinkled her nose at the thought. "Training? How about I put you on guarding instead of training? If you can behave yourself and keep things in line you can run the security during the ball." She was talking down to him, but she did that to everyone, even Colm. She gave Colm a knowing glance and thought to herself, we will need pure elementalists to complete the ritual. With that she began to walk towards the the kitchens to begin talking to the chefs about what would be served.

((Sorry. I couldn't think of anything else to base a vampire on, and I should have asked. But I guess we could assume Colm somehow had a child left behid from before he was transformed.))

Nelo was completely understanding of what Ashe had said. "I knew that things would have to be postponed, what with Royal duty and all. Thats really what I was doing before we were attacked, so I guess I should just return to the dungeons and keep watch on the prisoners." Nelo Bowed to both Colm and in Ashe's direction, since she had turned her back on him, and slowly backed out of the throne room. When he was clear of the large doors, he closed them and walked back down to the dungeons, enjoying the look of terror he bestowed on the prisoners whenever he entered the room. I never get tired of that, he thought slyly as he took a seat in the small wooden chair placed for him. He leaned back in the chair and thought, At least I am accepted here, unlike back with the family.

"A proper proclamation? Fine, we'll go and find every single person and personally invite them. I'm sure they'd love to be terrified into coming. I'll make you a deal, I'll go to water and fire if you go to earth. I'm sure they'll like to see you because you helped them with some suicidal attack by water." The cook came over and Ashe began to describe the types of dishes she would like created.
