Well, I'm just glad I had very good friends there, regardless of what my social standings on the social ladder in school was.
And the best part was WE ALL loved videogames, in diversr ways too!
One is VERY knoweldgable in most thigs Mario, KH, and FF. Also an EB fan.
One is a big Sonic fan. Well, All things SEGA to be more direct. He invited me to Gaia.
The lady of the group loves Pokemon the most out of all of us, especially Pikachu. You may know her as Nintendokami.
And I'm the all around one, open to all kinds of games. EXCEPT ******** SPORTS. stressed
They were and are still are NOTHING at all like the hoodrats that infested the school.

I hang out with the anime/video game nerds. And then I join stuff like Chess Club and Math League. And D&D.
One of my friends said he hated me when he found out I got EB as a birthday present, and said I needed to invite him over so he could play it some. XD I'm not sure if I should even mention having TWEWY, considering our region of the state is supposed to be completely sold out of the game.
But another of my friends had just about every console ever. A lot of times, he'd know whatever game you brought up, regardless of how obscure it was. Getting SNES recommendations from him was interesting.

I really jumped in when I got my N64, and that was around when the Gamecube came out. How well I know old games varies quite a bit. sweatdrop But that reminds me. Last year, I worked for a week at Camp Invention. Both weeks, the kids (second graders) found out I was into Pokémon, and one of the kids asked what I favorite game was. When I said Silver Version they looked at me weirdly and asked what that was. @T: I saw that! It was funny.

It's a crying shame when people forget the games of old. They're where all the new ones began! ...Or at least based off of.
In a family of gamers, I'd want the parents teaching their young ones about the original classics. 3nodding
I'm just glad that OUR Mario is still more popular than that OTHER Mario. By which I mean the rapper.

He said he was going to make his future kids beat Contra and not give them any codes. I pity those kids...

I aims to hang onto all my games as best as possible.
I still have my GB games!
And in tersm of classics, there's nothing like compliation games!
Fine examples include:
Sonic Mega Collection/Gems Collection
Megaman Anniversary Collection/X Collection.
And maaaaaaybe AC in terms of the NES games I have on it. Maybe.
