Even if TJ protested, Aeris would still try to heal him. Its just the way she is. She slowly pulls her hand back after a moment, a little spent from using soo much energy. Her gaze turns towards Thanatos after a moment and she smiles to the boy. "Thanks. Im impressed, you really took care of that guy." She then glances back to TJ. "Better?"

Aeris frowns when she hears that and gently leans forward, resting her head on TJ's shoulder. "Have you found any cure for this yet?"

*He keeps a hand around her hip and sighs quietly, shaking his head* Not yet. And things are picking up. Truinthil has D and Phia, so I have to watch over their daughter until they're back. Kai's dark side has run off on its own, and there are more and a few new enemies popping up to take advantage of the situations. *TJ rubs his neck a little to relieve tension*

Aeris sighs when she hears the information and gently squeezes TJ. "Place is going all to hell." She turns her attention back to Than after a moment and with a faint nod, she responds. "TJ is dieing. He has a parasite in him thats slowly killing him."

*He hugs Aeris tightly as he can. He looks to Than and nods at Aeris's words* Yeah.... parasite was Mastema's last "gift" to me. *He tilts his head* I don't wanna put you on the spot or anything but maybe you know something about it?

*eyes widen* Iie!! >< That is not good.... not good at all >_< *He bows to the two* gomen nasi... I didn't mean to intrude. *He blinks at TJ*..... from... my father?.... *He lowers his head a little. He just sighs and doesn't looks up at his next question* Iie. All the information I have is third person.... I don't even have any memories of my own really since before I was wandering around with no direction. *He raises his head a little* What... would you need to make a cure? I have been to the sanctuary ruins.... I haven't found anything but some of the machines are intact and might work with some repairs.

Aeris nods her head slowly, letting loose a thoughtful hmm. "Well, perhaps there is a way to get it out then?" She glances back to TJ. "Do you think one of Mastema's machines could do that?"

*He tilts his head and considers the thought*. He nods a bit to Aeris and speaks to both* I suppose it's possible. The parasite has essentially become part of me. So to get it out I either have to reverse all of the merging it's done, or I can assimilate it faster than it can take over and my own body can get rid of it then. Whether Mastema knew the method, much less if he recorded it I wouldn't know. I didn't see him as the type to store something somewhere it could be found unless he intended it. But, Thanatos, I would appreciate anything you can do.... just don't go risking your health for mine... I still don't trust that area even if the sanctuary is gone.

*Nods to Than* It's understandable.... no one really knew why Mastema did what he did. maybe it's a good idea to keep searching... maybe you'll find out what no one else could about him. *nods to Aeris* Perhaps. But I'm not sure I should go, especially not this late. I'd just be a hindrance with this much energy. Besides that, I'd rather not leave Aileen alone, and definitely rather she not go to the sanctuary. >> Perhaps it's best just you two go... I think you two have some to catch up on anyway.
