Although his leaving does have a negative side to it in that we lost a much needed new member (though with his attitude he probably wouldn't have stuck around long anyway).

Really though? Most engineers I see are fairly laid-back.

All of my techniques... are going to evolve by one step! I'm extra pissy because of womanly things, so back off!  Much needed? From what I recall, he sucked at RPing anyway and his descriptions were sub-par, if not a sub-par version of sub-par. >_> ... Gear Second!

You're just looking at his profile to base that assumption, aren't you Taigaa? I think an 'extra', even if they're bad, is a nice thing to have, you know? It wasn't just his lackluster profile though Demon. It was his attitude that was the issue for me. People can get better at RPing. But when you disrespect people that have authority over you only minutes after joining a guild because they gave you constructive criticism, you're gonna be a problem.

It wasn't that he joined on a day she was "headbitey", because as Dante said, that's nearly 24/7 minus the time we're alone or she's with her fiancé, but rather that he continued to press the issue of approving his profile even after I warned him that she was even more "headbitey" than normal. Sarah was actually being quote generous by waiting to do it. If you haven't gotten a chance to see how blunt she was after he bitched at her, then you should check it out. Funny enough, she was trying to avoid that, which is why she's also waiting on approving your stuff Dai. She'd curse you out if she was made to approve something right now. Wait until 5 pm tomorrow (EDT) as she'll be significantly less likely to murder you through the LAN line at that time.

Hey if I was a profile reviewer i'd throw politeness out the window and be way more blunt upon seeing that crap. Still, I like the prospect of just having that extra person somewhere - even if you don't trust him with story stuff or like him very much.
But yeah, good riddance.
And i'm not going to make Taigaa do it, I was just making sure she'd heard me (because she didn't respond to my saying the stuff at all until I pressed the point once). She can take her time, i'm not in any rush.
Edit: Hey Taigaa, mine looks good too - once you edited it rofl
