So glad I'm not the only one that finds Inuyasha pretty redundant these days.

Well, you probably won't have to worry about it anymore since the manga finished.

Though I loved the characters and story, even I have to admit that there were a lot of pointless fights and story arcs.
I liked it up until the Band of Seven.

After that, I started to realize that it was the same thing over and over. Naraku makes a powerful Barrier, Inuyasha finds a new technique to break it, Naraku gets stronger and makes a stronger barrier, cycle repeats.

I noticed something. Ther''s two things in common with Skunk Fu and Chop Socky Chooks.

Both have mainly animals in them

and both bad guys have ninja monkeys as henchmen.

Any other similarities?

They both suck?

yeah... CN's quality in cartoons has declined slightly. But not as much as the Disney Channel, as always. Phineas and Ferb? My God.

Slightly? It's awful! There are only two redeeming cartoons lately, Chowder (which I'm not actually a big fan of, but the animation is cute) and The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. Everything else is horrible. (Though, I do like Foster's.) You're right about Disney Channel, though.

Amen, Sister. Firstly there's all that non-animated preteen crap on the Disney channel, and a good portion of the cartoons are only on late in the night!

My poor neice has already jumped on the Disney Channel Bandwagon what with all their flashy girls dressing like they're "asking for it"!

And truth to tell, some of the Adult Swim shows arent all that good now. WTF is the deal with Fat Guy Stuck in Internet?
My Friend's little sister forced us to watch High School Musical 2 instead of Guitar Hero 3 like we wanted. You do not know how many ways of suicide I created during that 2 hour torture.

Yeah. Takahashi could have ended it a lot sooner, or at least put some variation in it. Like, Naraku actually hunts them down for once or something.

And the final battle was a bit disappointing. One redeeming thing was the aftermath of that was pretty good.

I actually watched that of my own free will with a friend of mine. We made fun of it the whole time.

Squidbillies actually has pretty solid high-brow humor if you pay very close attention to the subtle remarks and the background pieces.
There's also many references to obscure pop culture.

They stopped the anime quite a bit before the actual manga ending. So, it doesn't really matter if you saw the end or not. It didn't conclude anything.

Rumiko Takahashi likes to do that in her stories. Note that her previous series had MANY cross dressers.
