As the smoke continue to raise and take over the area, there was thunderous roar! Roy would be seen using fire burst, blasting out of the smoke and fleeing the area. Why would Roy be running from his own summoning.
Roy's fatigued was also getting to him. The total darkness technique did alot more than he realized. Roy took a risk and summoned a beast with a basic summon that he himself couldn't control for a reason. He was going to run and attempt to get his powers under control. Even Kikyo's power seemed to be too much for him. He felt like he was loosing, and knew he had to think of a new tactic besides running and hiding. What would his father do?
Meanwhile back at the smoke, giant wings would pop out of the smoke cloud blowing away the smoke now and revealing what Roy had summoned.

An uncontrollable laugh could be heard as Oni saw Roy run away from his own summon. Forcing himself to his feet the summoner would rest his hand on his own beast and whisper something to himself under his breath. Slowly Spirit would begin to disappear and that pitch black aura would over take Oni once again. Why would Oni merge with his summon and fight Roys summon on his own like this? Easy even as big as the beast was it didn't scare Oni because he could match the beast in size and power and that's what he planned on doing.
Cracking could be heard as Oni's body began to morph once again and grow taller to match the beast in front of him. Black spikes formed on the beasts back as a large tail covered in the same brown scales came into view as Oni transformed into his second dragon form! He wasn't going to let Spirit fight his battle, instead he would fight as one with his summon and over power Roy and Deathwing!

Deathwing would quickly take to the air as it roar. The dust around the area would be blown away as it took off with great speed. As it reached the height and would hover a bit, it would throw back it's head and throw it forward with it's mouth open releasing a powerful fire blast that seemed like a flamethrower. The blast slammed onto the surface of the ice realm, melting it instantly as the blast would travel towards Oni.

As the beast took to the air Oni would let out a low growl. His current dragon form couldn't fly but he had other ways of grounding the beast before him. As the stream of fire made it's way towards Oni the summoner would tilt his head backwards and take in a deep breath. Throwing his head forward with his mouth wide open a ball could be seen in front of his mouth. This ball was rainbow of colors and would prove to be more than enough to overpower the flamethrower coming his way.
The ball would erupt in a rainbow colored beam that would fly towards the flamethrower and meet with it. At first it would seem that the beams were equal in power but the truth would soon come to the surface as Oni's blast began to rip through the flames and fly at Deathwing at incredible speed. Just what was this beam of energy that Oni was using? It was a technique the he helped his brother perfect the basic form of. This was the Ukia family Energy Cannon! By drawing upon the power of his Zodiak Summon Oni was able to create a beam of power that was fueled by his Zodiak Summon Spirit! The color of the beam came from the elemental control held by the summon, and this was the ultimate form of the Energy Cannon. The reason it was a beam was due to the fact Oni was in his dragon form and not a humanoid form. In his dragon form he was capable of crafting the singular orb into a beam of incredible power. If the beam were to connect with Deathwing it wouldn't have to worry about the power of the beam alone but the effect that follows every Energy Cannon, the release of that summons element in full effect. Due to using his Zodiak Summon the effect that followed after the explosion would be a devastating torrent of Chaos Energy that would tear Deathwing from existence!

Deathwing would fly out of the way of the energy cannon and fire an powerful blast as it lit up the skies of the ice realm. From complete and total darkness, to an blinding light of nothing but raw power and energy. Through the smoke and explosion, Deathwing would dive bomb down on Oni with tremendous force threatening to land either near him or on top of him to crush him.
((This is like filler fight until Sera makes his post. Him and Steed have something to do before Oni and Roy end their fight. I already messaged him about it. Then Me and David have one last part to play until the filler recruit arc happens.))

The word of Light having been made the new leader of Heaven's forces had spread throughout the holy realm in no time. The elders made sure of to keep Light feeling welcomed and comfortable knowing full well that the imperfect angel had not originated from their sacred land. Light himself knew that not everyone would accept him as leader and he had no reason to blame them. If he suddenly found out his leader had died and had been replaced with someone who's very existence disgraced genuine angels, Light would be angry too. However, Light had far bigger things to worry about. His skills needed to be polished and he needed to establish that he could serve, protect, and lead Heaven.
"Elders, who ranked below Kite and Kono?" "Ah...we have long since heard from his second in command. Jeohin (If this isn't his IC name, please correct me.) would have taken over but you've become a victim of circumstance. Are you reconsidering your position, Light?" "No...I am highly honored to lead Heaven's forces. But I can't do this alone. Not effectively anyway.."
As much as Light would have loved to take to the battlefields on his own, he knew damn well that it was suicide to take on his enemies alone. Especially if he knew several of the opposing forces personally.
"..." "Light, we'll try and contact him for you. Until then, please familiarize yourself with our realm. The council feels if you reached out to the everyday citizens that you'll get more support. Perhaps you can even rebuild the moral of our armies." "A novel idea..." "Wonderful. Until then, we'll let you know when we have an update of your second in command." The elders bowed and walked away, chattering to themselves with mumbled words. For some reason Light still felt uneasy about being the center of Heaven's attention. Of course he had several reasons for feeling that way but he doubted Heaven knew about them.
"......" Not often did people let snakes into their gardens. Although it did keep the rodents away... "The Cruix? Is that your rodent...?" Light's eyes started to glow with a faint golden aura and his pupils began to narrow. Although the corruption within his soul was being balanced and put into a state of harmony, the overpowering presence of the celestials was disrupting it. Light's body started tingling like he was about to get a fever but the pain would lightly pulsate near the core of his being. The imperfect angel had to do something about this.
"Light. Is something the matter?" Several celestials approached Light, armored and carrying their weapons. They looked like they were going off to train and prepare themselves. What good warriors they were, taking care of their bodies and mind even in the absence of a fight. "....I'm fine." "...Very well, sir. Would you care to join us in some training? We can show you were the soldiers usually practice." "That would be grand. I've been meaning to shake off the rust." Light spoke although he did not face them. His eyes were wide open and gazing towards everything and nothing. It was as if he was peering in between the fabrics of this realm. Perhaps he truly was. Of course by now he was starting to sound more ill than well. Any firm grasp he had mentally was slipping away as he cracked a smile and laughed to himself. Light would turn and look the soldiers up and down like a feral beast would its' prey. "Light...? Are you sure you're feeling well? Your resting quarters aren't too far from he-" "No time for rest. Let's see what you guys are made of. In turn I'll let you in on some secrets." Light winked with his normally deep blue eyes. Now his eyes had ceased to glow. His smile would curve awkwardly over his lips as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Take it easy guys, I'm just a little stressed from all that's recently happened. I can tell I'll be proud of you men when it comes to battle."
A small thought slipped into Light's mind as he walked off with some of the soldiers but he didn't quite want to dwell on it. He had to stay focused.

(Well, I'm back. I hope. Once I realized how stupid it is to sit and mope about things, I realized I owed you guys. Now, I'm back...Let's kick this off (again) and hope it stays in the air. As a side note, this is a speech I spent three years writing. Yeah...I'll be honest, it's long, dull, and utterly boring to both the reader and the writer. Sadly, it is also necessary and is perhaps the most important thing ever in terms of plot (To date, that is.) So, I highly recommend reading all of it and understanding it. But I also understand if you don't want to, and want a cliff-notes version of it...Inferno will happily provide it to anyone who asks, as he has a thorough understanding of this speech and full realization of everything that has happened in it, and will happen because of it. I, on the other hand, will not comment further on the speech as after three years of plotting, planning, and writing, I am quite sick of it and want to get on to the more exciting stuff. O, and tonight's theme is Handlebars. This is continuing where I left off, on page 763 for those who care.) Sera adjusted his mic, knowing that he needed to capture every word he was about to say. Today was the most important day for Cruxis, the day he would announce Rom's death, Steed's ascension, and most importantly, declare war on Haven and Hell. All things considering, once missed word could and probably would lead to utter catastrophe. "It has been a while since I last stood before you, in this capacity." Hesitantly, he spoke, "It has been 3 months according to my count-3 months since my last sermon, and what a three months it has been." His intro was slow and quiet, masterfully drawing every ear nearer to the podium. "I spent the first month in speculation, hoping against all hope that Heaven and Hell would not need the guidance and dedication of Cruxis. I hoped. I hoped, and I will even admit to this fault, my kin-I prayed to both Kikyo and Kite, the leaders of Heaven and Hell respectively, that they would stop their feuding and pay attention to their chosen planet.
But look around, did our prayers go answered and our concerns be taken care of? NO! Never has such a resounding answer been given, as they continue to fight over, under, through, and against us-Always about us, but not for or with us! I spent this first month speculating that they would improve-b ut nay, they did not. I knew this because they have ignored our prayers, ignored our hope shared, our wishes; and, they have shown that they do not care about us!
We are the planet most ripe with souls, both in quality and quantity; we are the planet to be first created; we are the planet who was first populated with their chosen and model in their image; we are the ones who support their wars, worshopping their gods and goddess, empowering their angels and demons, and provind them with our souls!
Yet, I find myself asking the same question as all of you-Why are we treated like the least most important pressing factor in their lives? They do not have an answer! We do not have an answer! From them or from ourselves. And I know that you all gathered her, you who are watching on the screens, have come to Cruxis for an answer. And as Cruxis' leader, I can only say we do not have an answer to that question. Yet, I do offer this conclusion." He paused for a few minutes, taking a drink of water from a service boy and downing it quickly. At his guess, he had just spent 10-15 minutes worth of speaking. It was going to be a long day. "I spent my second month in meditation-questioning myself why they would want to treat us as they would treat as: As trash, insects, just mere dots on the widespreading grid that is the universe? I meditated for a month on that question, and I came to a very startling conclusion..." He paused for a moment, settling the crowd down with a hand gesture while simultaneously drawing their attention even closer and preparing them for the oncoming onslaught. His voice calmed, "It's because we are bugs to them. Just mere play things that must exist to please them!" His voice returned to the indignant roar it was before, assuring that he had the crowd's interest. "And in my meditation, I had found the solution to our problems. The solution to Heaven and Hell's ignorance and our crumbling world-Nay, universe, because of that ignorance. They have decided that to everything, war must be the answer. They have decided, that instead of peace prevailing, war we will wage-That is their decision.
We have lost too much to their deathly decision. We have suffered to many idignaties, to much vileness, and too many lives lossed-lives of our father, brothers, sons, daughters, sisters, mothers and spouses! Even I, Sera, leader of Cruxis, have lost" After speaking in an outraged, loud, indignant tone-that of some old, outraged black preacher-his tone softened again. "I have lost emissaries, friends, comrades, and blood-brothers to both Heaven and Hell. I blame myself for their losses, for it was I who had asked them to go where I couldn't-To the very realms of Heaven and Hell-and deliver my messages and treaties of peace to both of the leaders. I blame myself for their deaths, because when I sent them to the realms, the never came back. "On the last line, he looked up from his sorrowful mourning, and allowed the crowd to see his trembling, fully hear the sorrow in his voice, and to completely and totally empathize with him. The end result was everyone who was watching, in person or on TV, experience some form of emotion ranging from rage and grief. After an appropriate amount of time, Sera silence them with his hand, "Nay, rage and grief shall get us no where at this point. For that will only fuel what they want. I do have a solution fo this problem, however, I warn you that it is unconventional.
I spent my third month in preparation. Preparation for this day, the day after today, and the oncoming storm that shall be the many coming days; all that we must endure. I prepared for many things, many possibilities-even and including Heaven and Hell coming to their senses. As we know, that did not happen. " On this mark, many grumbles and complaints could be heard throughout the pilgrimers. Sera quickly silenced them, "I spent one month preparing for this day, for this exact moment in history. Our history. I readied and rallied, called and gather you all here. And I did it for one reason: War."The crowd went deathly silent, as Sera let his proclamation sink in. Up until now, Cruxis had been about peace. This sudden twist, sudden charge;this magnificent proclamation had stunned the crowd-Cruxis, war? It just did not make sense. Here was all their hopes, all their dreams about a peaceful universe: Squashed. Ruined. All by a guy proclaiming to be a man of peace. In that instant, every observer, both crowd and TV audience, erupted in an outrage of sorts. Sera begged for their attention, and after several minutes, he had it; but only tentatively. "I know what you are thinking, and I understand why. However, the war I want to wage is not a war of violence-for that would be what they want. Nay, it is a new form of war-one that Heaven and Hell has never encountered before. This war, when waged, will befuddle Hell and Shame Heaven; for it is a war that can not be answered in outcries and bloodshed. This war, upon wagin, will not cost you any money, any strife, grief, or any souls at all. This war, when it is over, will not leave behind bodies or raze lands.
No, this is a new type of war to both Heaven and Hell, one that we are very familiar with, but they have never encountered on their scale. This war will be an ideological war." Dead silence. Not absolutely a bad thing, but not a good thing either. "They live as we live, off of your very ideas and thoughts. They breath, eat, and sleep as Cruxis does-with your support. As long as tokens of worship to them exist, so hsall they. Even the very notion of talking about em generates power for them. So tonight, we shall end this! " " More silence. Proposing radical change can never be easy, and could only be polarizing. Sera could only hope that he was polarizing them in the right direction. "We begin when you go home. Burn all crucifixes and pentagrams that you find. Destroy any mortal made symbols of dedication to them and establish more to us! Speak not of the demon, the angel, the great Gods and devious Devils and praise only us! This will weaken them and empower us-your ideas, hopes, and dream dae flesh-even further! Then, when we are on level with the Old Divines, we shall show them that mortal ideas made flesh are more than substantial enough to save this earth!" Mass cheering, as the 1/3 of the remaining of earth's population grasped what Sera wanted. They all knew, in their own way, that he bringing about what Cruxis promised: Salvation. It was here at least. After the broadcast reached the rest of the world, cheering was all that could be heard from any mortal. A smug smile slipped on Sera's lips. Good thing the wore a mask, else the population would misunderstand his intentions. Just as planned, now for the overture. Sera put his hands up and calmed the crowd, "This does come with some unfortunate news" Sera nodded to Steed, and merely watched as Steed layed the body of Morik on the Grand Stage. Sera walked over and put on Morik's mask, so that crowd could see on the screens and understand. "One of our members has fallen, and we have had to replace him. Rom, our creativity made flesh. Yes, I lament that he has fallen due to the intentions of Heaven's Assassins. But despite his death, two good things sprung forth."Sera removed Morik's mask, as to make the point clear. "Morik Draven, the malignant emperor of the Shadow Realms, was impersonating as one your emissaries. Although the death of creativity made flesh shall be mourned by all, the potential tragedy made reality has been removed-And that, by itself is cause for celebration." The confused looks of the front row was all Sera needed to see. "The most important thing to happen, however, was the birth of this man-"Sera gestured to Steed "An idea made flesh, like me and perhaps the greatest of us yet, for he represent the most powerful idea mortal have: Love." The crowd erupted in cheers. Although Rom was creativity made flesh, Steed being love made flesh meant only one thing: That everything, absolutely, positively, would be ok. Salvation was most definitively here. "Yes, love itself has been given a form and that is a true cause for celebration in and of itself, but I have one more!" The cheers were deafening. "Before I hand the mic to Steed, I share a request with you. tonight, I am going to liberate your brother's and sisters in the Shadow Realm from Morik's hypnotic devices." Loud cheering. By now, noise to Sera-His ears had long since stopped processing information. "And free the Shadow Realm. My request is that those brave enough, in this very crowd, come with me to assist those poor, damned souls of the Shadow Realm. It will not be easy, and I will only accept those who understand the risk and willingly volunteer. I will not press anyone into service, as that is what heaven and Hell would do; and, all are free to leave at any point should they feel uncomfortable. If you desire to help me, for I shall go no matter what, meet me over there " With that, Sera gestured to stage right and allowed Steed to dominate the stage. (Ok, it's official. that is the longest post in the history of HVh. No, I don't care what you say, I KNOW THAT IS THE LONGEST POST. And I am going to ******** kill Inferno. I don't care what the repercussions are, but that is too ******** long to do....I mean, it's ******** longer than the introduction to ALL OF THE HVH COMBINED, including this one. That's it, I'm not doing commissions again for a long, long, long time. He ******** owes me cookies or something. I don't care how, but I want to be paid. And now. Ok, I feel better now.)

Steed had just stood there, silent and unmoving as Sera spoke. Some in the crowd had surely though he was a statue just holding the body of Rom, until he moved to lay the body down before them. Slowly Steed would make his way to the podium while removing the hood that had covered his face thus far. With his hood down everyone would be able to gaze upon his mask and welcome their newest emissary. Positioning himself before the podium the first thing that would be heard from him would be a deep breath before he began his speech.
"I stand here before you not as your emissary, but as one of you. Just as each and every one of you have accepted Salvation so have I. When I first heard the news of Rom's unfortunate end I, like many of you, felt the despair and crushing weight of grief fall over me. But unlike many of you I was also overcome with something else, and at first it confused me. I was overcome by an overpowering joy, a joy so strong that it had to be called by something with a stronger name. Love."
Stopping for just a moment Steed would give them a moment to settle down from their uproar that he had caused. Unlike Sera he had no planned speech, and knew that his words would bring out even more emotions than Sera had.
"Please my brothers hear me out. The love I felt was to the cause of Salvation. To the peace that we have all longed for for so long. And it was that love that Sera explained to me. Sera saw that I held the passion needed to step up as the next emissary to help guide all of you to your Salvation through this love that I feel. Of course, I did not think that I was going to be able to fill the void left by Rom."
Steed would pause for a moment and take a drink from his glass of water, but he wouldn't finish it off as Sera had. Gently he would set the glass down on the podium and take another breath before he would continue on with his speech.
"Sera sat down with me and instilled a confidence in me I had never felt before. He showed me that I did have a purpose in this life I had found so meaningless before. In this life that I had always seen as cruel and unjust. In this life that was filled with war and hatred. In this life that was filled with fear and unanswered prayer. Sera showed me that the love that filled me needed to be shared with the rest of the world. To show them, nay, to show you that even in such dark times that there is something out there stronger than all of the bad feelings. And that my brothers and sisters is love. Embrace each other and embrace your emissaries of Cruxis with love like you never have anything before in your life."
Behind his mask was a look of sorrow that he kept hidden from not only the billions watching him, but from Sera as well. Slowly he would lift his glass of water up and take another drink from it before setting down the now half empty glass of water.
"Do not fear the war that Sera speaks of for with me fighting on the side of Salvation we shall show Heaven and Hell that war does not have to be filled with violence and blood. But that even a war can be fought with something that they consider trivial. Something that they pay no attention to and consider it something that makes them weak. We will show them that the love that each of you feel is enough for us to step up and overcome their violence. To overcome their bloodshed and sneaky tactics! We will show them the true power of love and show them that it is stronger than anything that they hold high in their armies!"
As Steed fell silent the crowd grew loud with cheers as they fell behind Steed. As they showed their support and their love for their new emissary. Steed had done what he had to, he had gained their favor with a speech that revolved around love conquering all. Love. That is why I'm here isn't it. Love of the homeland. I will not let these people succeed. A new look replaced Baldr's look of sorrow now. This was a look of determination as he turned to face Sera. Motioning to him that he could take the podium once more.

When Sera was done rousing Volenteers, he made his way back to the podium. On his way there, he whispered into Steed's ear, "I have 10,000 able body and minded volenteers. They are to meet us in the back of the tower at dusk. Then, then we march onto the Shadow Realm."
He quickly gave a summary speech and sermon, praising Salvation, before retreating back into the tower.
---
1 hour past dusk, 1 mile from the Shadow Realms back gate.
"The plan that I gave those volenteers is simple: They are to assault the front gate and attract the attention of Morik's Shadow Marines. They do not know it, but most likely, every last man will be slaughtered by those Marines.
Still, it will be a sufficient enough distraction. We sneak in the back gate, creep up Morik's tower, and destroy his Shadow Throne. It's what's controlling the whole area. Once we do that, the area will be free. Any questions?" Only a slight rattle from Sera's mask gave away Sera's direction to Steed , as his with the rest of him, his voice blended in with the night. This was a Night Op, and so Sera was appropriately dressed for it: Black Wolf Mask, black Cruxis coat, and even both of his guns where black-as always. The only Sera was waiting for in order to begin was Steed's confirmation and the sounds of battle ringing off in the distance.

Oni just watched as the beast came after him in a divebomb. He could only laugh as he brought up his arms preparing himself for the upcoming impact. His tail would thrust itself into the ground providing him with a tripod stance to lessen the blow on his two legs alone but Oni wasn't done there with his preparations. The bottom set of two spikes on his back were not just for show but something of extra apendages that were about to come into play. They would thrust down into the ground behind Oni as well providing him with even more stability. Now with his feet firmly planted along with his tail and four spikes thrust deep into the ground he would be able to stay standing from this divebomb technique.
Upon impact a gust of wind would errupt from the two beasts clashing. The ground beneath Oni would cave in and form a crater like a meteor had just struck the ice realm, which is what had happened for the most part. Even with all the force pushing down on him Oni refused to give an inch of leway on this beast. This rapid summon. And once the downward force was all but eliminated Oni would tighten his grip around the waist of the beast as the remaining four spikes came around from his back to trap and crush Deathwing.
"Nishi, Asa return home!"
With such a simple phrase both Nishi and Asa would fade into thin air causing a twisted grin to form on Oni's face. He wasn't going to allow Roy the chance to run, at least not without being pursued sooner this time.
"Gin, Shiro chase down Roy and show him the power you possess!"
Unlike before it seemed that Oni's command had gone unanswered, but the truth would show itself to Roy in only a matter of seconds as the two spirits formed in front of him out of their respective elements. First on the list was Gin who formed out of the ground in front of Roy. It would be obvious that Gin was Oni's Summon Spirit of Earth. And a few feet above Gin would be Shiro who formed out of thin air. Although robotic looking Shiro was far from being a robot. His appearance was for nothing more than looks as Roy would soon find out against the Summon Spirit of Wind. The two would only look at Roy as they began to speak in unison.
"We will not let you pass. Just as our master is dealing with your summon you shall deal with us."

Although his attire was not as appropriate for the situation as Sera's, Steed stood dressed in a black cloak and a silver mask. The silver of his mask was mostly covered by the black design of the tiger, but the two piercing yellow eyes would prove unmistakable in the darkness. Stealth missions were not his favorite thing in the world. He was raised on battle and would be ready to strike down anyone and anything that got in his way. Clenching his fist the sound of metal grinding and metallic clicking sounds could be heard as his silver gauntlet became black. Only he knew what was truly going on, but he was the only one that needed to know.
"As always, I'll follow your lead. I will watch your back, I just hope you can protect your front on your own."

"Hmmph...Glad to know you have my re-" Just before Sera could finish his sentence, a loud explosion rang from over twenty miles away. That was their Que. Sera bounded high into the air, covering over 300 yards in a single leap. He didn't look behind him to see if Steed was following-He didn't have too, Sera knew Steed was keeping up in his own way.
In a few bounds, Sera was at the back gate. Faster than the guards could follow, Sera seemingly floated up to one and ended him with a clean shot in between the eyes. With the battle raging at the other end of the Realm, Sera didn't have to worry about anyone noticing. Save for the other guard, but he was pretty sure that Steed could cover that one. Silently, he slipped into the dark town.

At the sound of the explosion Steed and Sera both took of at an incredible speed. While Sera covered his ground in leaps Steed had taken to the sky. Steed kept up with Sera from the air and only watched as he fired a single bullet into one of the guards. The other guard on the other hand wasn't going to be let off with such a painless death.
Slowly his body began to shrivel as all the water in his body was being pulled out through every pore. The water would funnel it's way to Steed forming a decent sized ball. The guard would drop to the ground lifeless after being forcefully dehydrated. Steed would fly over the gate as his ball of water began to grow cold and solidify into ice.

And so they entered, the Shadow Realm. And as the title might suggest, it was nothing but darkness and gloom. A kingdom once ruled by an incarnation of pure darkness itself, it lived fully up to it's name. The streets were dusty with Shadowstuff, the buildings were under constant fluxation-being in tuned the Shadow World, there were their real selves and their own shadows at the same time. Everything was covered in a haze, something that served as a visual distraction, and if it wasn't for the battle at the other end of the Realm, an auditory distraction-something akin to static.
"Show off" Sera muttered under his breath and stuck out his tong. At that moment, 4 Wisp-Shadows rose from the Shadow Streets to defend against Steed and Sera. Quickly, they took on the form of displacers-Beast that with every bite, they removed a chunk of flesh and sent it to another realm. Said area that was bitten off also never regenerates. Grinning, Sera quickly put his guns away and grabbed two flashbangs from his belt.
Priming them quickly, he tossed one right underneath one Shadow Displacer, and another he held in his hand. The one he tossed exploded in a bright flare, repulsing the beast and leaving behind a distinct, phosphorus smell. The one he held in his hand started to burn, which meant it was about to go off. All the better for Sera. Quickly, he rolled at one. Enticing it, he allowed it to snap at him-thrusting his hand forward as he did so, and tossing the flashbang down it's gullet and snaping his hand back out of the way. Instinctively, the creature closed it's mouth and swallowed.
Sera felt the burning at his back as he rolled past the startled two. " Be careful around here,"He yelled back at Steed, "The laws of reality break around the Shadow realm, as we are technically in every realm at once. Everything exists here, at all times. We are only on the fringes, but as we get closer to the center...Well, you will see. "
