MY GOD. -stumbles in- Swim practice was hecka hard today. D; And the fact I'm slower than I used to be doesn't help either.
Here's the real hard set we did today:
4 25s surfer kicking on the 35 seconds
2 50s freestyle with only 5 breaths on the 1:05
1 75 (freestyle on odd rounds, fly/back/breat on the even rounds)
Than a 25 easy. Four rounds of that. -surfer kicking is hecka hard-
Surfer kicking is when you freestyle kick with your head above water and your hands are in streamline position. Very hard, very hard to do.

It was so tiring. D; We were originally gonna do SIX rounds, but our coaches shortened it to four so we could get out on time. -sucks for the other group who was doing it for us, they had to do more because they start later than we do, so they end later than we do-
