Didn't see it at the time.
So here's what we got, you kicking out straight with your right foot.
Giles as stated before your little move was flipping in the air and twisting to land facing the direction you were in your rush.
When Giles lands he's coming into a crouch so while you were aiming for the chest you instead hit his shoulder because he kept his body turning. The kick further turned his upper body so his right shoulder is facing into you.
Now since he went into a crouch he's moving upwards again and moving in closer. Your right leg is basicly over his shoulder already, but higher then the elbow of his left arm which is bent to grab your leg and with his rising motion force you to basicly do the splits.

It's what he'll attempt to do. I don't count on the enemy doing what I want them to do. I just take the course of action I think best and react.
Remeber, no plan survives contact with the enemy.

Now if only some people would get on so I can move an actual story driven rp foward. I swear some of the guilds are so odd. I had a character hit another because they were acting arrogant and they respond in kind. Later that day their ********.

Ryu, I'm confused about one thing. If you're jerking your leg to the right, is it your right? Because if it's from your perspective then it be moving to the left of Giles which would mean you wouldn't be striking his neck.
