{More plotness, this time on the Winner's end.}
"Ugh... I feel like I just went ten rounds with Logan..." Morgan mumbled, stumbling to his feet. It was then that he remembered the fight with Lance, and the large orb and subsequent mass of tendrils.
He shot to his feet, and reached for his belt, only to find that all of his gear had been removed. He looked around, and found himself in a small, sparsely decorated room. "What the-?"
"Hmmm... It seems I underestimated your healing potential. You're awake much earlier than I anticipated. Very good."
"Who said that? Show yourself!!" Morgan called out, every muscle in his body tensing.
"Calm yourself. I'm not going to harm you. What use would there be in attacking one of my elite?"
"Who's there?" Morgan said through clenched teeth, relaxing by less than a hair.
"You may call me Magneto. You are currently residing in my humble abode of Avalon. The other elite shall be awakening shortly," the voice said, though where it was coming from, Morgan couldn't really tell.
"What do you mean, "the other elite"?"
"Why, the others who passed my little test, of course. Did you think that attack earlier was random? Unfortunately, my underlings are not intelligent enough for that. Which is why I put forth the test in the first place," Magneto replied.
"So, that whole fight? The Brotherhood attacking the mansion and trying to kill us? It was all some sort of TEST?!" Morgan said, feeling the anger bubble up inside him.
"Indeed. And you passed with flying colors. Most impressive, I must say. You dealt with all of your opponents with minimal effort. I feel obliged to commend you on your success."
At this point, Morgan's left eye began twitching. Everything that he'd gone through up until this point had been nothing more than a sick game?
"That's it. I'm going to find you, and I'm going to kick your a**!!" Morgan shouted at the voice that he'd been conversing with. He raised both his arms, pointed his palms at the door, and began battering at it with the toughest field he could muster. Within a few seconds of smashing, the door was knocked from it's hinges, and Morgan stormed out into the hallway.
"You always did know how to make a racket," said another voice, this time from behind Morgan.
"What the hell are you ta- Raze?!" Morgan said as he turned around, a look of shock replacing the expression of anger on his face.

"I'm up dammit!"
It was only a few seconds after the pinball came and took away Morgan, that Lizz came from out of nowhere to check up on him. As if the fact that she checked for a pulse wasn't annoying enough, the gentle shaking was just one step to far. He quickly picked himself up from the ground before she began with an organized round of poking. Looking at her, she was sure she meant well, but right now, teammate or not, no one was one his good side.
"May I ask," he said in the most deplomatic way possible, "what the heck that was for?"================================== Victoria had just finished talking to Conner went Kevin walked up to her, shortly followed by Kidd. The elder female couldn't but smile on the inside at the fact that everyone seemed to be dreaming her the leader. Though she felt almost guilty considering the circumstances, the feeling of authority was nice.
"Yeah," she said, taking charge once again, "onward to the Hanger. We leave in five no matter who decides to show up."
That said she reluctantly let go of the couch and starting toward the hallway. It was slow moving, and she winced with every other step she took, but she was determined to get to the hanger on her own means, where ever the hell it was...

Conner fell into step behind Victoria, he had already gotten lost once inside this household and didn't want a repeat of it.
"So this hanger." He asked the group "Just where is it? I didn't see any building outside I could recognise as one." He had watched the mansion from various view points and had only seen two buildings on the grounds. "And what exactly does it hold? A little two prop?" he asked.

Kevin then said "yeah let's go." He followed the rest of the group to the hangar. Then he heard Conner's question and he too wondered about the hangar.

Zion eyes fluttered open slowly then when she relized when she was out of the ball she shot up from her laying position and looked around confused. "Where the hell am I!?" She snarled standing up and spotting Magneto. Flames appeared in her right hand as she fought the urge to burn the place to the ground.
She stood there as she thought about her last fight. She felt bad now for attacking someone who considered her a friend and didn't know if Kidd would ever forgive her but at that moment in time Zion and Kidd were enemies. Thiat may have ended their friendship but she knew that her teammates were her friends, atleast she hoped some were.

Damion did not actualy apear when his pinball released him. He imediately dropped to the shadows of the wall and took the time to catch his breath. He did not realy have an excessive need for violence like most of the x-men but he did not plan on playing along after all this so that he could simply be probed and released back into a cruel and unbelieving world. No, he would not give the martians the satisfaction. Safe in the shadow of a shadow he would stay unseen as long as possible but even still, he felt the need to speak. Adjusting the various volumes and pitches of his voice he made it so that it was impossible to tell exactly where it was coming from. "Where do you think?" He asked insultingly from his place in one of various shadows within the room.
((I will stay in the room with Zion just to build character but I will not post anything about Magneto because of how his NPC undoubtedly affects the RP))

Oh good he's awake and alive and in rare form. "Nice to see you too." She said dryly. She refraimed from poking him. she wanted to but decided not to. "That depends on what you refer to with the word that." She said. "If it was checking for pulse it's because you were sprawled out on the grownd looking like you got run over by a truck and I wanted to know if I needed a black dress for your funeral." She paused. "Mystique is here trying to recruit the X-men to help us with something. I didn't catch all the details about it but I'm willing to bet it has something to do with why I haven't found Zion and Damian yet."

Zion whipped around looking around after hearing Damions voice. "Bloody hell, not another one with the darkness crap. Honestly I haven't a damn clue where I would be so I don't know what to think. Now are you going to come out or hide all bloody night...er..day...damnit all." The fire in her palm went out as she sat down.

Lance simply shrugged off the first part of what Lizz said. For him, responding with a 'thanks' or even a 'whatever' comment would only be giving into the fact that he was beaten in a fair fight by an X-Man. So what if it were true? He rather put off that harsh, egotistic reality for another day. Another life time even.
"Mystique? Recruiting the X-Men?"
Even Lance couldn't ignore it when Lizz spouted that bit of information. Not only did that mean Mystique was a loser, much like himself and Lizz, but she must really be desperate if she's willing to ask the X-Men for assistance. Whatever she was up to, he was sure it had to do with today's 'test' as she called it. Missing out would probably be a bad idea.
"Let's see what the hell's goin' on then," he said, nodding to Lizz as he started toward the remains of the X-Mansion. If he had learned on things since joining the Brotherhood, it was that missing out on whatever Mystique had planned was normally a very bad idea.

Yibbara yawned. For him there was realy no particular need to come out. True, if he did not people might call him a coward and he might have to watch one mutant after another come to their own terrible demise. But, he had a reasonably strong stomach and he was safe as long as he remained in his shadows. "That is a reasonably good question. Now forgive me for asking one of my own. Look around you, why the hell would I come out?" He sighed as he allowed his body to form into a regular teenager on the wall. He was reasonably calm about this leaning against the wall with his eyes closed and his legs crossed concidering all that was happening. But, unlike some of the others he knew very little about Magneto at all. He always assumed that Mystique was at the top of the chain. His first guess was that they were on board a space ship but looking around he saw many things that hinted towards earth. He now assumed that the government was behind this and that he was going to be held for ransom or something to lure out the other mutants. In the five or so minutes sence they had been plopped out of their steel balls he had not yet perfected his theory but he was working on it. He reached into his pocked to pull out the large switch blade knife that he always carried on him. It was missing. Now he actualy did look a little worried. What kind of b*****d's would take a guy's knife?

Zion looked curiously at the teen. He reminded her of an anime character from a show she watched, Sasuke was the characters name. The kid had the red eyes and the hair, all he needed was the goofy outfit and the headband. "You've got a point yet you still came out." She watched him reach into his pocket then his expression changed quickly. "Missing something?" She asked with a tilt of her head and an arch of her eyebrow.

Carlos can't remember at which point drowsyness hit him. But he could assume it happened in and around the trip inside the big matallic orb. Thats when the real trouble began. His nightmares from over use of his powers had him tossing and turning in some unknown seizure. When it got to the poitn where he needed to wake up he sat bolt upright not really caring at the moment to where he was. Instead he wiped the cold sweat from his face and tried to banish the remnants of the dream from his head. When he finaly calmed himself he looked around. a small accomidating room. Well if he was kidnapped atleast the napper was hospitable. Still, he needed to have a look around. and approaching the door and unable to open it, even with a strong kick he shrugged, then shivered as he slowly sank into his shadow. The First thing he noticed while in his element was the severe lack of peoples shadows to pop up from. He decided to pick one he could atleast put a face on and moved through the pitch black abyss to rise up from Zion's Shadow and immediately took a few steps back from her.
" Why is it every time I appear from a chicks shadow they have to be literaly hot?" He adjusted his shirt slightly then found his shades in his pocket. He didn't know when the shades came off or if he did it. but he slipped them back on the light from both the place they were in and Zion's flame were giving him a headache.

Damion arched his eyebrows at Carlos before looking away and no longer paying any atention at all to him. A shadowporter? What a lame gift He thought with a smile that looked ever so innocent. No wonder he never grouped up with the Brotherhood. He shrugged off Zion's and completely ignored Carlos's existence. Anyone who could make puns that bad did not deserve his atention. But then, now that he thought about it all of the X-moron's puns were hprribly sad. All throuhg the battle he had seen one terrifying event after enother but the thing that had bothered him the most was how week their sence of humor was. "They took my damn knife." He said looking around for someone who looked imortant enough to jump satisfactualy.
