Awesome, that's good. My mom's been watching some Bachs online (a mix of 200s and Stradivarius). Depending on what we can get for a good price, I'll end up getting one of those (my only requirement is that it's silver razz ).

danielly55555 Who makes black ones, like what company. I was jsut wondering because I like Bach, and i have always wanted a black trumpet. Mine is a Cannonball. I have no idea if Bach makes black trumpets or not.....

I have a question. Is there any possible lowest note that you can pedal? I mean, I can pedal, or what I think is, but I have no clue what that note is...or if it is a note. Oh yeah, also, what kind of visuals when you're marching do you like to do w/ your tpt?

Tehe. It took me awhile to get used to the spit valve (I'm primarily a flute player... learning trumpet to march next year) it's just icky. So I carry a cloth in my case to empty spit into. It's just blecky walking back the lockers and slipping in trumpet spit. 3nodding yeah thats what i do. but i empty my spit valve on the floor. cause everyone else has practically does that.

hi. I'm off to band camp tommow. it's in white water. wisconsin. and I only had 2 weeks to have a solo ready. it sounds ok. hopefuly it's good so I can get in the camp

Heh, I have an old Bach one. I plan on getting a King Silver Flair; those are amazing.
My current horn doesn't have a screw slide stop or thumb support, and the silver flairs do. I'd like for my Bach one to be my marching trumpet and the King to be my concert/jazz trumpet if i end up doing jazz band.. plus I have band camp in like a week. bahh.
hope i have a good rookie year at least. smile

Masquanade I'm a loser and only have one trumpet as of now. I used to have two but yeah . . . and I WAS going to get a new one but since I plan to go a private art school for college which are very expensive- i doubt I'll be getting a new trumpet any time soon. Oh yeah Oggy if you haven't noticed I've given you Crew Status so you're now crew. xp Hope you didn't mind whee then am i a loser too i only have one trumpet... sweatdrop and i love my trumpet i have had it since 5th grade im in 9th. so am i a loser to, my trumpet and i have been through everything...really so am i a loser to

well....i'd say play a whole lot more so that you can get used to the newness of it lol and get something to help the inside of your lip from getting scratched up from the braces ^^

Masquanade oggywoggy222 Do I mind? eek Of course I don't mind. I was hoping I'd get Crew status... thankies! And back on-topic: I have two trumpets. One is a student-model Bach, "gold", that I use for marching. The other is a shiny, newful silver Yamaha that doesn't leave its case unless I'm in the band room or on the stage for a concert. I got it a year ago, and it still looks brand-new. *considers taking picturews of his trumpets and posting them* Ooh! Maybe we should have a BNG picture gallery? Ha ha. That would be a good idea. I'm surprised at the flood of requests I'm getting. I don't know if any of them are from new members. sweatdrop
but just cuz u have one trumpet doesnt make u a loser just how u play
