" When Will They Cry?" Yami The Fable Witch Yami then thought for a moment and now regonize a little off of him." Oh I did see you awhile back in the demon city, while I was with friends. But we never spoke to one another, and nice to meet you emit." She felt some relive of not being bored, and was a bit happy talking to someone other then her ' Friends'. She then heard out his question to her and she replied with an honest answer," I will give you an answer to this question but after this I would love to ask you one. I am not worried about Miesters or Weapons in this city, because if you don't realize already, theres a whole school for demons and witches, and witches in this city well I really don't know much about them but if they are align with the good then, why would they want to put on soul protection seems silly right? and I am just in this city getting food and supplies for my family or well people I am taking care of at home." She took a breather before asking a question to emit," I do got to ask, you don't have to answer this but why do you wear a mask? what's the point, no one in this world really cares, what people look like, They Only look upon you on your actions, Personality and what your goals in life are." " And Where Shall I Die?"

Emit gave out a smirk. She was a smart one, Blending in as a witch from the DMA, To be honest, death city needs a security check On that one. He was then taken by suprised when she asked him about his mask. He decided should he tell the truth or not. What do you have to lose when you tell a lie. "Hm....a question about this ,eh?." Emit responded. He figured he'd just tell her why he wears the mask. "Well....The reason i wear this, It hides the crooked smile i hold beneath it, I am a Demon, and my Personality depends on if i am in my Demon form or my Human form, and I've been like this for a while. The good thing about this is i always find things that are fascinating. At the moment, you seem to be the most interesting person in Death city. Any more questions?" .OOC:

" When Will They Cry?" Yami The Fable Witch Yami, then waited for his replies and also thought of a bit more questions to ask. " Hmm, That's quite interesting, even though you have a crooked smile doesn't really mean you need to hide it. But if you want to wear the mask, that is your own decision. And thank you for calling me interesting I guess. I do got to say you are the first demon to ever speak to me, well in a kind matter ish." She then thought of another question and it seem fitting to ask it." Last question, and then you can ask me one if you like. What are your thoughts of DMA working with DWMA? When they use to be enemies but now allies, all this to my own opionon is a load of Bull Crap. My thoughts of the demon, and witches or even Kishins to be working side to side with half brained idiots, no offensive you go to DMA or DWMA though. But I really hate DMA, they just sided with a long lasted enemy to saved their own skins, and not to be killed. Well that's my opinion though." " And Where Shall I Die?"

She isn't wrong, Some of our own races did sell out just to be spared from the mighty death chop. Kind of a buzz kill to be honest.. "You know, i don't really have an opinion." Emit responded with, his reason for not having an opinion came next. "I never really sided with anyone besides a small group of fighters. They are the only ones who i would keep on my good sides. My opinion is that i never sided with anyone. I've lived here because this is were i was trained, fed, and where i laid my head. Yet with my strength, they can't utilize me for the benefit of the future. So, What i do next is up to the person who plans to utilize my services." He explained, He was speaking his own version of his truth. Sadly death city doesn't notice him as a possible help, or a possible threat. With that being said, he would leave at any chance he got.OOC:

" When Will They Cry?" Yami The Fable Witch Yami decided to wait and listen to Emit before she responded back because that would be nice thing to do," Hmm, You say the most interesting of words, though we barely just met. " She is a bit surprised what type of personality he has right now, but she can still tell this man Emit, has a much well darker side to him. and she was glad that the man didn't ask any questions about her magic yet, because curious people always ask." Hmm, Your a quite interesting demon so far in our chat. I know I said the last question was going to be the last, but your too interesting to talk to, and to stop chatting with. Please do ask me other questions if you want as well. Now Next question still again, you don't have to answer but what do you plan for your own future?" " And Where Shall I Die?"

Emit listened to her as she continued with the questions. He kind of was confused, she didn't decide whether he next question was her last question. "Well, To tell the truth, My future is what ever opportunity that interest me." Emit was just saying how ever his darker side felt. He heard some noise and turned towards it, With a dark smirk. "Now, if there aren't any more questions. I believe i'll be seeing you again." He said as he stood and walked off. ((Exit)) OOC: My Demons are mine to face Alone!

((After time skip.)) Scindo Munio || Meister || Scindo stepped through the streets, violin case in her right hand and with her left she was holding on to Kurtis'. She'd convinced him to come out under the guise of helping her pick out new strings for her violin, as well as his, but truly she had a different goal in mind. Over the past months she'd gotten to know him pretty well. They functioned as a great team and had achieved much together. But, she always felt that her friend and partner could be capable of so much more if he only had a little more confidence. If he would only open up a little to others, even if not as open as he had been with her and certainly just the small dose he'd shown her on their first meeting would be enough. She felt a pang of guilt every time he'd shied away from meeting other people. Sometimes even just two or more people noticing him was enough. She couldn't imagine how he managed to get through class every day.
She lead him through the crowd, grip firm on his hand, and stopped once she reached a street where people were selling goods and a few were performing feats of some kind for money She was sure that by now he understood her true meaning so she knew that she had to be quick. She turned, accidentally bumping into someone else. After apologizing to them she looked up at Kurtis. Over the months she'd gotten used to having to look up at him, despite how intimidating that height could be up close. With a small smile, and some color still clinging to her cheeks from unintentionally colliding with a stranger, she started trying to convince him. She had to stand close and almost shout to be sure that he would hear her as their surroundings were pretty loud. She knew that if he refused, it would cause trouble for them. They might not be able to resonate until they resolved the conflict between them.
"Kurt, I know what you're thinking but please hear me out. Every day that I'm with you I see how tense you are around people you don't know. I'm sorry, I know about.. your family.. They are no reason for you to live the way you do--like you're always afraid of being seen. I brought you here today to ask you a favor: Will you please play your violin with me, here?"

Kurtis EinheiserDWMA 3rd Year- Weapon ▂▃▅▆█▆▅▃▂ An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. And the punishment of death for evil. Kurtis sighed with exasperation, he knew Scindo would pull something like this eventually, but he had no idea when or what she was going to do. He should have questioned why she wanted to get new string for both their violins, when Kurtis had replaced his a few days prior.
The months between them first becoming partners had passed quickly, the two of them becoming fast friends and an even better team. But taking all that into account, there was something holding them back, they'd only been able to perform a few basic Soul resonance techniques, which wasn't a huge problem currently, but if the two wanted to progress further, then it was a skill they needed to have down.
Kurtis smiled nervously, moving the violin case he held in one hand to stop it from bumping into any passersby, "I'd love to do just that Scindo, but... I haven't tuned my violin, maybe next time?", it was a terrible lie and Kurtis knew it, he tightened his grip on the handle of his violin case, looking away from Scindo, unable to meet her gaze. As he looked a way his eyes were drawn to one of the performers... It did look like they were having s good time and when they finished their act, people just walked off. If he didn't do something now, Scindo would just try again later.
Taking a breath through his nose to calm himself, Kurtis pulled Scindo gently to the side of the street where the flow of people was less concentrated, "One song, that's it.", Kurtis said shortly, his nerves already obvious. This is what I am. If I deny it, I deny everything I am.

Scindo Munio || Meister || It was one of the worst lies she'd ever heard! Her baby brother was better at lying. The muscles in her face tightened slightly, just for a second, before she relaxed them. She didn't want to be upset about this, or hurt his feelings. She expected him to refuse but had hoped so strongly that he'd accept outright that it hurt a little when, as she anticipated, he didn't want to do it. He was a shy, reserved young man. She'd gotten to know him pretty well over the past few months, enough to know that she shouldn't push him to do anything that made him feel uncomfortable. And it wasn't exactly something she enjoyed doing either, nagging and pushing. But it was still disappointing and frustrating. At least be honest with me. She sighed and started to think of something to say, to get away from this uncomfortable situation. Feeling disgruntled, she followed along behind him as this time he was the one to lead her through the crowd.
As soon as they stopped, she heard him speaking. So, she looked up at him and tried to be patient with him, hoping for nothing more than some plain and simple honesty. She smiled softly, unable to keep herself from doing so or from feeling proud of him for coming to this decision on his own. Did she dare to ask if he would play alone instead? She knew that she wasn't exactly at his skill level, as far as playing the violin went. She happily kept playing it whenever she felt so inclined, regardless of how terrible the sound was because it was something she enjoyed doing. So, instead, she stepped to the side. She brought her own violin's case in front of herself and held it with both hands. "Would you like me to hold your case?"

Kurtis EinheiserDWMA 3rd Year- Weapon ▂▃▅▆█▆▅▃▂ An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. And the punishment of death for evil. Setting his violin case on the ground with shaky hands, Kurtis smiled slightly at Scindo, "It would be nice to play together, but I have no idea what we'd play together... Maybe next time?", Kurtis took a deep breath as he took out his violin and bow, steeling himself, "Besides, this is something that I have to overcome... I'm the one that's holding us back after all...", a sad smile pulled at the corner of Kurtis' mouth as he stepped forward, back towards the busy street. What was he doing? This was crazy, playing for the whole world to hear! The colour drained away from Kurtis' face as he raised his violin. A horrible, discordant squeal issued forth from the violin as Kurtis hit every sour note possible, it was hard not to with his hands shaking so badly. The looks of disapproval from those who walked by almost crushed Kurtis, he was better than that and he knew it and Scindo knew it too...Kurtis closed his eyes, blocking out the sound of the street as best he could, trying as hard as he could to envision that it was just him and Scindo, improvising together with their violins. Calming slightly, Kurtis struck up another tune, this time striking the right notes, confidence that was absent before, radiated from the young man as the melodies produced by the instrument reverberating out through the streets of the city, soaring higher and higher, louder, almost bringing the very air to life with sound as Kurtis played, his eyes still tightly shut. Finishing the piece after what felt like hours, but was mere minutes, Kurtis opened his eyes, to be greeted by a gathering of faces that hadn't been there before. Colour instantly rushed to Kurtis' face, as he bent down fumbling with his violin case, "Um... Can we go now please Scindo? There's lots of... People...", mumbled partly to Scindo and partly to himself, the confidence that flowed from him when he had played all but gone. This is what I am. If I deny it, I deny everything I am.

Scindo Munio || Meister || Seeing how nervous he was, she started to feel a bit guilty. She clenched and then relaxed her fingers around the handle of her own violin's case to keep herself from reaching out to hold his, telling herself that worrying about him would not help now. Be patient, she told herself. He can do this. He'll be fine. The sounds which first came from his violin didn't sound so bad to her, as frequently she also made mistakes when she was playing, so she didn't flinch when she heard them. Still, she was surprised and probably looked it. She could see from where she was standing that he was trembling and she felt horribly guilty. She failed to notice the disapproving looks he was getting. Instead, she thought that he was just scared of failing. She smiled softly, wishing her partner well, and didn't let her poise falter as if that strength could be shared now. She was still anxious, but trying hard to be supportive though on some level she felt he needed to be protected.
Seconds ticked by painfully, but finally the skillful sound that by now was so familiar to her broke the silence. She sighed in relief and shifted on her feet to get a better look at the people nearby. Some were stopping, listening. It wasn't long before he had a small crowd entranced. His ability with the violin was inspiring. Each piece of music she'd heard him play before, as well as the piece now, sounded new and fresh. The notes were crisp. It was a rare talent, she believed that he deserved to be proud of it. She wouldn't urge him to do something like this again in the future, at least not in front of people he didn't know. As he played, a few people in the crowd tossed money in to his open violin case which she thought was a little strange. She glanced over to another performer and noticed that people were throwing change into an overturned hat they had in front of them.
As the music came to a stop, the people gathered around applauded for him. One or two shouted at him to play another song. Scindo clapped with them, then hopped down to his level. She threw her arms around his shoulders with a wide smile and gave him a tight hug. "You did it! Youdidityoudidityoudidit!! I'm so proud of you!" Her hold on him tightened as temporarily she forgot her own, werewolf-y strength, and she made a happy noise.

IlloIn the exact center of the center of Death City Illo found it centrally involving to try and get centered. He actually hadn't meditated for a while. Well, not in the normal way, anyway. Anyway, this was the difference between Bardo tripping and regular learn-to-sit stuff. Illo was so rusty, as a matter of fact, he had to warm up his chakras by doing a little yoga first.
"It's been a while..." He said as he exhaled into Warrior Two. "And now... Into prayer!" He would be at this for a while, it seemed.

Kurtis EinheiserDWMA 3rd Year- Weapon ▂▃▅▆█▆▅▃▂ An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. And the punishment of death for evil. Knocked flat onto his back from his crouched position by the sudden embrace from Scindo, Kurtis was slightly winded from the force of the smaller girl hug-tackling him. Fighting off the waves of embarrassment that came forth in the forms of wolf whistles from passers by, Kurtis managed to place his left hand on the top of Scindo's head, mussing her hair in a way that he knew would annoy her.
He hadn't seen Scindo this happy since the day that they had become partners, which was saying something as she was definitely the more emotional of the two. Kurtis was glad that he'd not disappointed her and it made him proud. A small smile played at the corner of his lips as he opened his lips to thank Scindo for helping and believing in him.
Or he would have done if his ribs weren't being squeezed by the tremendous werewolf strength fuelled hug that Scindo was providing. Kurtis wriggled slightly, trying to free himself from the vice like grip, to little effect, "Scindo... Werewolf strength... Need to breath... Sorry...", was all he could croak out, but part of him couldn't help but see the funny side of the smaller girl being so much stronger than he was and a rare, albeit breathless, laugh escaped from his lips too. This is what I am. If I deny it, I deny everything I am.
