-Dessynea- bleu_flame -Dessynea- I disagree with Bleu saying we should be trying to befriend her not vice-versa, like I really think it makes no sense. Why? She came here, we didn't seek her out special, if she wants friends here then she needs to be trying to earn them. In 8th grade, I moved to Texas... I was shy, I wouldn't talk to anyone, and nobody talked to me... Some people can't help it if they're too shy or if they don't know what to say. I know what it's like because I was the kid that everybody ignored, and still ignores. I even get ignored on here. It took me about four months to get a friend. He was the only one that even bothered to be my friend. I tried being other people's friend, but they pushed me aside because they already had friends... Now then, is it right that we should expect her to be kind and friendly in our home when she might have a problem with being shy? Are we not going to give her a chance and expect her to do everything? If so, it's people that advocate what you say that creates cliques that make it impossible for others to feel at home. I have the same problem as her and you, I am super shy and have a hard time making friends. That's why I have had the same friends since 8th grade, but I don't blame the people around me. If I were more outgoing, I would have more friends. I can't expect people to want to be my friend if I don't put myself out there.
Also, just thought this might be interesting to some of y'all who are whining. The Confessions from the guild I took the confessional idea from. But that doesn't mean we're to ignore her unless she says something we're interested in. It's both sides' fault, and if she is making it hard to make friends, it doesn't mean we're to ignore her and not try to give her a bigger chance than she's giving us. ><

I mean, she is going to get ignored by certain people. If I do, and you do, and various other regulars, why would a new girl be any different? Several people are reaching out to her, but it is ridiculous to expect everyone to.

I'd really like to know how this reinforces the idea that this is "okay". Didn't you get kicked out of that guild because you got into a spat with the guild leader? Is it really "okay" if we model ourselves after that?

@Poll: Place astericks instead of names in mean confessions, then play Wheel of Fortune with the names.

Cabron the Swan I'd really like to know how this reinforces the idea that this is "okay". Didn't you get kicked out of that guild because you got into a spat with the guild leader? Is it really "okay" if we model ourselves after that? a) Did I say it was acceptable? No, I didn't. It's just that Petrey and I are both in the guild and we were talking about our confession and how it was nothing compared to how completely out of line the other guild's is. b) No, I didn't actually. He isn't that kind of mod. c) Did my link say "Hey y'all how bout we start doing this?" or imply in anyway that it was good or "okay"? No it didn't, I thought some people would find it interesting.
To be quite frank LPS I am tired of you jumping down my throat. You complain about me doing it but you are just as bad. I post an innocent face and you post that troll face and accuse me of being mad. You think I am always being a b***h and I seldom am. This right here, this post is me being a b***h. And my posts about Swyff's actions to Reg were me being a b***h. Those type of posts are pretty obvious from me, so please stop trying to guess how I feel.
Of course your response to this will be belittling and totally dismissive, or maybe it won't now since that is what I guessed.

Ladies, this isn't the place.
Also, I don't see how putting asterisks would hurt, but it's not up to me. It's not up to any one single person, without risk of them being all "Oh, I'm a big bad mod grrr"
That's why it's up for vote. So we can decide, as a guild. That's what Democracy is, and apparently, we're a Democracy. We elected Mods, you can't just change that.
If so, I want to be a Communism... Only 4 posts a day, guys! MAKE EM COUNT!

You're right, it's not. I have actually spent the past hour typing up something in the Drama Bidoof I wasn't going to post, but I think everyone needs it. xd

Nick's post with the word anarchy made me want to post some RENT lyrics but then I decided to try and contain my own lameness to my head.

Also, @158: Hearts, and hugs, and kisses for you. This was basically the face Zach and I made when I read it aloud: 4laugh
