It is pure common sense that a penalty would stack on top of a bonus, and cut both down to the appropriate number. If I bought two pizzas, and was mugged on the way home, and one pizza was stolen, I would have only one pizza. Understand?

It doesn't say it anywhere expressly in the rules, however it is common sense for it to work this way.

It does not make sense for things of a like pattern to stack, because then things get crazy broken. If you have multiple stacking bonuses, you end up only requiring one post to learn anything, which is both Unrealistic and Unfair.

...however, stacking both negative and positive modifiers makes perfect sense, because instead of making each other more broken, they balance... allowing characters for more variability.

You are right to say it's not written anywhere. However, you are wrong to say that because it is not written, it doesn't work that way.

This is where Hinote's modding overpowers what you say. As a Mod, he understands the system and despite the rules not being expressly written, can make a ruling with his authority and you need to respect that.

If you have a problem with a ruling, take it to a global Mod, or a VC, or the captain himself, but don't argue with him in the thread.

As to the answer of that question, I answered a question, Exactly to the specifications of the question, Hinote walks in, tells me I am wrong, adds more information to the question, and then gives a completely different answer than the question asked for.

Then it should be in the rules. To my interprettation of the rules, Shinobi types Skills can not stack, which means that bonuses and penalties can not stack. Which I will agree is wierd, but that is how the rules are written, so I try not to question them.

But I also, Even though I have no right to question the Vc and c's decision, Still have a problem with the fact that Hinote obtained his rank by doing exactly what I am, and now whenever I post here, he tells me I am wrong, and the proccess just repeats indefinately. It is geting quite old, And even though I enjoy it, bedause it brings back fond memories of a lost friend, I still get angry, and begin attacking other people, Like Orchi~sama.
