I don't even know where you are in Europe, and I'll only be visiting two countries at the most. My class schedule is kind of strict, and we only get two half-days where we can explore on our own.
I'm in the Netherlands, up to the left of Germany. Tiny country, lots of people. We ride bikes here, loooool. But I forgot you were travelling with your class, so since that's the case, I wouldn't expect to bump into you anyway.
