The only times I've ever spoken to a French person were when I was asking to buy an ice-cream, and when I was asking where the toilets were. Both were a disaster ¬.¬

sweatdrop sorry guys, I had a midterm yesterday and a final friday ><
plus my research poster and the presentation and moving out
summer classes are over in THREE DAYS =)=)
which means i get to go home in three days.

Actually, the only person I know who's passed their driving test first time is my mum.
Everyone else has to take it at least twice...
Is driving really that hard? O.O -suddenly as misgivings about learning to drive-

Passing first time is rare, so I expected it. Second time lucky, I hope. ^^
It's hard to pass because the smallest mistakes can cost you. It's also nerves - you tend to panic and things go wrong. I will be calmer next time, though I wasn't uber nervous the first time really.
You can drive when you're 14 in America or something, right? or is it 16? It's 17 here with a provisional licence, 18 to properly drive.
