(oh thats a load of bull, wel gone this far, i'll just do it the way you told me, but wat that means the better my rolls and out comes means th mor cp i lose. what the hell is that?)
zephel laid down feeling that his chakra was coming back to him. He hated having low chakra. It was the biggest problem he had and it was a real annoying thing he had to deal with."somebody from the chidori clan i'd exepect more from myself...then again i should wait becuase maybe in the distant future i might i have an incredible jump."He said to himself as he relaxed.

zephel looked around and couldn't find any of good friends in the grounds. he hated traininf alone but sadliy none of his friends were there. zanza was probaly flirting with sora. kazu, well he had no idea where kazu was and the other new students he barely even knew. not even kohki and aya were freee to talk too.

Zephel slowly stood up stretching his arms abnd legs a little while the last bit of his chakra came back to him."damn and i still then need to learn how to be able to make that ability quiet becuase that snapping sound gets annoying."

Now feeling b etter zephel decied to begin where he left off. He put his hands together to concentrate his chakra into his feet. Once feeling that he had a good amount of chakra in his egs and feet he began making a few steps to see how far it would take.
Part I
The user will focus chakra to the feet and move a distance using the least amount of steps.
DC: 13
Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control (10)
Hp cost: -3 for every failure
Cp cost: -1

zephel sat downb for a quick moment. He knew he had some chakra left in him but he knew that he didn't have enoegh to risk another try. He conmtrolled his chakra so well that he went pretty far.

laying down gently zephel took some time to think odf what he was gonna do next. He rembered about reading about jutsus known that there was a barrier one that seemed very useful but needed fuor people to pull off."i wonder if aya and aski would want to do it? but who else would do it.?"

Feeling his chakra almost at his top shape he stretch a little while standing up. He worked mainly on his legs so that it would be easy to allow chakra into his legs and he could be abkle to go father again.

He sat on his calves and waited for his chakra to heal itself. There were so many jutsu to learn and he really would have to increase his chakra about 10...20...30-fold in order to even begin to try to learn the jutsu. Shinichi groaned and bode his time as his body grew stronger with every second.

Shinichi rose and quickly scaled a tree. He breathed deeply through his nose, scanning the ground for a good landing spot. There! A crop of recently fallen flowers were scattered about near the base of the tree. His final test would be to land without disturbing a single flower, a task impossible for mortal men but a mere folly when commanded by a shinobi. Who were mortal. Shinichi grinned sheepishly and leapt down.

He landed roughly and watched as every single flower floated up around him. Shinichi groaned and pulled himself together. He had to be patient, patient at least until he could complete this training and move on. It seemed that a shinobi had two things to do: Train and use that knowledge to serve his village.

Okay, just a little longer now. Shinichi propped an elbow to support his chin and started to plan out the uses of Shunshin no Jutsu. ... There were uses, weren't there? He comtemplated this as his chakra restored itself.

(to be shamed, nah just kidding, hey lets try and see if ivory well agree on the horse summoning ok, you do agree on it right?) zephel got up feeling his chakra at full and he knew that he could now be able to finsh the first part of the technique. He put his hands together and transfreed chakra into his feet. He made his first steps and opened his eyes to see the results.

Zephel had lost control of chakra on his feet and it hurt his legs."oww, feels as if i was running a mile."He said lowly to himself. He tryed ignoring the pain and tryed again withe the jutsu. He focused his chakra once more in hopes of succeding the first part of the jutsu.

zephel had completed the first part of his traing and had to begin on the second part. Hwe read the scroll and sighed."great this part is harder."He sighed. He laid down and began letting his chakra come back since he was gonna need it.

This time he would succeed! Shinichi pushed himself off the ground and took a moment to stretch out his legs. One more good run would mean the difference between him mastering this technique and having to try again. He stood under the same tree, having decided to try a horizontal movement instead of vertical ones. Shinichi glanced around at the landscape until he spotted a puddle of water left over from rain some day ago, with insects floating on the thin water membrane. He focussed chakra to his feet, then took off towards the puddle.
